This was stay was an incredible value. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hostess in particular was very helpful and charming. There's an orchard/garden just off the back patio, and the property serves their own delicious fare at breakfast--let them know you want breakfast the day before. For SURE buy some of the homemade plum marmalade in the eating area. The hike to the Kozcak waterfall is awe-inspiring.

Very friendly receptionist helped our group at check-in. She was a delight and gave us awesome dinner recommendations! There is a little area in the lobby to purchase drinks and snacks as well. The rooms we booked had a BEAUTIFUL mountain view from the balcony. A mini bottle of wine and candy to greet you in your room. Cozy feel, like “grandma’s house,” and very strong water pressure in the shower. Absolutely perfect location to walk around and explore Kobarid.
Where to check in was a little bit confusing at first. Went into the wrong building, even though that is where you see the sign from the road. Breakfast was decent but could have had more food ready for those coming in a little later. Our group did not get any ham & eggs.

Location and value for money are excellent. You're within 10 minutes walking of all town attractions. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was nice and consistent of homemade products including marmalades, honey, sausages, pancakes, fresh juice.
Our hosts coordinate our arrival with us and were present to give us the keys. There's an on-site parking lot just next to the rooms. Just make sure to ask ahead for instructions how to enter the lot.
The next-door Kobarid-museum is very interesting and highly recommended if you stay here.
This is a very convenient place for families. It was just the two of us, but the room is a full apartment included a bunk-bed room for kids, and a living room with a full kitchen. You can spend a few days here and cook on your own.

Very pleased with the accommodations! Right in the center of town by the museum (which is really worth a visit). Our room had a patio which was terrific. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

The apartment, as well as the common areas, were spotless. In the apartment I walked around barefoot and didn't have to wash my feet before getting in to bed or before putting on my socks and shoes in the morning. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen amenities were fine, and it was close enough to the town to walk in for dinner and shopping.
The shower was a bit weird: The water pressure and temperature were very nice but there is no curtain so the water gets all over the whole bathroom floor. It's designed for this and it's easy to brush the water into the drain but the floor remains damp and a little slippery. Overall it's not a big deal, more just mildly inconvenient.

Loved the location central in town. Loved the breakfast and fresh fruit juice and jam .

We really found the location to be excellent. Right in the middle of Kobarid and able to easily walk to anywhere in town. Including the exceptional museum. The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful though and you really felt like you had got away from it all.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculately clean and spacious.

The apartment is centrally located in Kobarid, just a short walk from the town center, and the Kobarid Museum is right around the corner. The space was comfortable, well‑sized, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Parking free of charge is available at the appartment.
They are currently constructing a pool, which will be a great added bonus during the summer months.
We would happily stay here again.
