The wellness was nice, room was comfy, staff was nice
Room service is rediculosly expensive. Only the service charge is 10. Breakfast was a disaster for a 4 star hotel for this price. The coffee was from a cheap machine and was not good, the eggs were prepared in advance and left ther for several hours so you could feel that is not fresh. Was not eatable. We came at 8am and more then half of the food was already gone. When we asked for a bit more mortadela so we could make a sandwich we were declined that they do not have anything anymore. The staff did not even care about the guests in the restaurant. We travel a lot and sleep at a lot of hotel and this was by far the worst breakfast experience so far.

I found myself returning to this hotel for the third time, and this visit proved to be the epitome of tranquility for both myself and my partner. We luxuriated in the opulent Suite for a blissful two days, reveling in the impeccable cleanliness, the grandeur of the colossal bath, and the breathtaking vistas from the terrace. The attention to cleanliness was truly commendable. I highly recommend indulging in the pool and spa facilities, which are offered free of charge to all guests of the Cliff Hotel and boast an expansive and inviting ambiance. I extend my sincerest gratitude to the remarkable Elen and Denis for their prompt and crystal-clear communication, ensuring a seamless modification to our reservation.

Nice view from the rooms, good spa, not in the city, so less people.
Theres potential in this location, but, and a huge but: We had to get a second room, because the first one had a stench. Generally speaking, not the cleanest, black hair, spiderweb all over the room. The restaurant is overpriced for what it is, were on a roundtrip in Slovenia, and I could recommend you at least half a dozen places with better food, costing 20-30% less. And Im talking about fine dining. And then theres the breakfast, where hotel guests get separate tables and service but on the same terrace. It feels like first and second class on ocean liners 100 years ago. In the current state I wouldnt recommend this hotel.
