Pay attention when registering the booking. Without noticing, we automatically booked for just 1 person instead of 2, so there was a small additional cost for the 2nd person (incl. Municipality tax).

Private room and balcony. Didn't really notice the other guests even though the place was fully booked. Nice bathroom with washing machine. FULLY equipped kitchen.
Air-conditioning would be nice on the warmer nights. Paying via booking.com would be more convenient than paying with cash or make a bank transfer.

The location was between the most famous two lakes. Check-in and out were really easy. Jure is a very easygoing man. There is a small kitchen with everything you need. The town centre and restaurants around the place are in walking distance and reasonably priced. Wifi connection was good.

Room and common areas very clean. Large and functional shared kitchen.
A single bathroom with bath and toilet is not enough for three bedrooms (between 6 and 8 people). But the most irritating point is that the room with two single beds that we had reserved is only 9 m2 instead of the 15 m2 mentioned on the website, hence a considerably smaller surface (40% less!). The value for money is thus execrable (the other two rooms, allegedly 20 and 25 m2, were no longer available). Worse still, in Slovenia, the minimum area for a rental room for two people is 12 m2 (https://www.uradni-list.si/glasilo-uradni-list-rs/vsebina/1997-01- 1686?sop=1997-01-1686). Offering a room of 9 m2 is therefore illegal. The greed on the backs of tourists has limits: in the absence of decency, there is the law.

Great place to stay for an active weekend in Bohinj. Everything was just as expected. We were lucky to be the only one guests at that time, so the shared bathroom wasn't any problem.
