The bed was firm and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty with expansive choices. The location was excellent, right next to the lake. And the view from the hotel room was gorgeous.

The gratis time in the wellness spa was fabulous. And the Breakfast buffet was excellent. Relaxing with wine in the courtyard was lovely.
Husband's bed (We had a king but two separate beds) was squeaky and maybe needed a refreshed mattress. The other side was fine.

Room decoration, cleanliness, smell was amazing. Welcoming staff. Food quality (dinner was good) just slightly on the small size portion.
The toilet brush placement right next to tissue paper and at higher height. Hygiene concern. Some confusion at hotel entrance when arriving with own car(needed to phone call to open gate, not sure if we missed a button)

The room, spa, location, view, service, breakfast
I didn’t fully enjoy our dinner at the restaurant. The service was a little slow, and because there were several large groups, it was quite noisy.
