Good
Location great for enjoying Bled and the lake by foot and bike.
Restaurants, bars, and shops all nearby.
Having on site parking is a huge plus.
The rooms are a bit expensive for what you get but the area is extremely popular.
Prices are not out of line for the area.

Location was fine. Breakfast was good but very crowded. Room had a very nice balcony.
Staff was not very welcoming actually quite brusque. Upon trying to check in I inquired at the front desk if they might have a map. I was told "no " and then she walked away. Quite surprising since lake bled is such a tourist destination. She didn't even try to redirect me to where I might find a map just no. Our room number 551 was simply unacceptable. A severely slanted ceiling meant that you had to continuously bend your head or suffer severe head trauma. Air conditioning barely working. Shower a total disaster shower unit was not functional. However as mentioned we did have a nice balcony.

Location to Lake Bled was good. And thankfully parking was included. Also, the ability to use the pool at the neighbor hotel was a nice amenity.
The rooms were described as having air conditioning, though the air conditioning was not working and the rooms were incredibly stuffy. When we went to the front desk to ask about the air conditioning, it took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to help us. Once the front desk host arrived, he told us that the only solution was to send up a fan. He asked for our room number and said he would send up a fan, though the fan was never brought to the room. It's a heavy mosquito season so we also couldn't open the windows/doors for cooler air since they don't have screens and the mosquitos would have been bad. The rooms need to be updated and the bathrooms were not very clean. Also, the breakfast could have been higher quality.

The check-in staff are polite and welcoming. The location is close to the lake. Breakfast is comprehensive.
There was mould on the bathroom shower tray. This should not be the case when the room is over €200 a night. The room is also small for the price.

Comfortable beds.
No sauna in the "Spa". Too hot rooms, no chance to turn off heating. Shower tap is old either ice coldnor hot water. Poor price/value ratio.

Easy to walk to the lake and restaurants. Decent grocery store very close.
Access to fantastic water park/pools / hot tubs at sister hotel next door. Lower cost than hotels right on lake.
