Séjour agréable même si la chambre était un peu exiguë. Lits confortables, bon emplacement à quelques minutes en voiture du lac. Staff très gentil.
Le breakfast n’est pas très bon, et le dîner était franchement mauvais. De plus, on nous a refusé une carafe d’eau, alors que nous étions clients de l’hôtel et que nous avions payé 30 euros supplémentaires pour le dîner. Ce n’est pas normal.

Fabulous restaurant, nice grounds and really embodies the Alpine area.
Wish everyone from the hotel could use the pool from the other part of the grounds. Would also like bicycle rentals to be available for an hour or two instead of 1/2 or full days.

Dinner and breakfast were really delicious and there were plenty of options. Nice and calm location with fresh air. The room was clean and cozy with comfortable beds. Helpful and kind staff.

We were very happy that our room was upgraded. The location is very peaceful, and we didn’t mind not being in the city centre of Bled. The rooms are very nice, just like in the photos. We also enjoyed the breakfast, as it was clear that many local foods were included.
There is always room for improvement. The Wi-Fi connection was not very good, and the cleanliness could be better in some areas - the carpet in the room was dirty, and the bathroom was not spotless. Some parts of the property also show signs of wear and tear.

Beautiful setting and location was great to use as home base to visit the rest of the country. Most of the staff were wonderful especially the waiters and bartenders

The location, the atmosphere, the style, very special
The hotel lacks an outdoor space where you can sit and enjoy the nature around it. The breakfast is average plus, at dinner there is no selection of side dishes alongside the meat dishes, there is no drinking water except for a fee. Sometimes the dishes in the morning and evening are not hot enough.
