Location was great! The room was comfortable and the balcony was amazing with the lake view.
The room was really dry. Unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of the spa services and I felt the sauna prices were a bit expensive for what we were looking for

You can use swimingpool for free but you must pay to use sauna 16 e per person!!!!!
Also, you must pay for parking even you are hotel guest, 10e per night!!!
Without shower gel in rooms.

The property is fabulous. Location and rooms are very comfortable. As soon as I arrived my room was ready and was able to settle in quickly. Reception staff extremely helpful and had a solution for all problem. Always welcoming. Special mention of Maja, Jerneja and Miha. I got a room upgrade as well. Highly highly recommend and will stay again!

Wonderful staff at the checkin desk. Really appreciated that our bags were held while we were hiking for 3 days, and that we were given a packed lunch to take away because we were leaving too early to make it to breakfast. Room was super comfy, and the spa was a great addition after a day of travel

We stayed on the fourth floor facing the lake. It was well worth the slight extra cost. The view of Lake Bled and the christmas lights was spectacular.

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms.
The church bell constantly going off all night. Kept waking us up. The room was facing the lake but trees blocked the view. It seems like only rooms on the top floor had a decent view.

Everybody was very polite and helpful, rooms are very clean, swimming pool is beyond clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Location is great, near the lake, and a minute walk from center. Hotel is family and pet friendly. Really, gherw is plwnty to like !
The pool is included in the price for the guests of the hotel, but the sauna is not. Also, there is a parking for the guests, but it is also charged extra.

Best possible location, superb views, convenient to restaurants and shops, comfortable room, spacious lobby and dining area, great parking (shoulder season), friendly and courteous staff. I had made a very serious mistake in my reservation and it was graciously and courteously cared for without extra charges that should have applied (our old age issues were accommodated).
Very disappointed in dinner: many dishes not hot, no longer available, slow to be refilled, many not very tasty. Breakfasts were much better: wide variety, fresh food, most dishes kept filled (not always), good coffee, ample choices
