Wonderful
We loved the location. A few steps outside and we were surrounded by restaurants- and the lake was right there!
The rooms were large and clean. The Breakfast buffer was great!
The only thing we didnt like is that our balcony faced the parking lot.

We requested a quiet room when booking and mentioned it again at check in. We were told the hotel was fully booked and that our room was quiet,. However, the room had poor soundproofing with noise from upstairs and outside the balcony.
At 8am the following morning, after we complained to the hotel, , we were told that a quiet room on the top floor was available we can move over . We were disappointed and wondered why this option was not offered to us the previous day.

Lovely hotel right on the shore of Lake Bled, which made walking to the lake and all nearby shops/restaurants super convenient. Very kind staff who made good restaurant recommendations and were able to arrange a last-minute reservation to Old Cellar Bled. Designated hotel parking lot was helpful. Delicious breakfasts.
Only downside was that we paid for a room with a lake view but being on the 1st floor, almost our entire view was obscured by trees and we weren't able to see the lake or castle. Definitely a disappointment.

Excellent location.
Bathrooms were quite tight, and it can get foggy just 30 seconds into a hot shower, and there is no exhaust for the air and humidity.

We had a lake facing view, which was lovely! We enjoyed ending our days sitting on the patio watching the sunset over the lake and castle. Great location, walkable to all the main tourist attractions, and several restaurants. My husband loved the breakfast spread and options. I loved that it was across the street from the vegan restaurant! The hotel definitely caters best to large tour groups.
The room itself was quite small, which made it hard to move about with our suitcases. I also didn't love that we couldn't turn on our patio light, so when it got dark, we had to retreat back inside the room, rather than staying outside to read. The staff also wasn't super helpful with providing options for how to do and see certain things. For example, when we were trying to get to Pokljuka they recommended a taxi (75eur), but we could have taken a bus for ~5eur each. Further, when we asked for various ways to get to the island, they only mentioned the traditional boat, but didn't offer that we could have rented a row boat or SUP a little further down the lake. Finally, as someone that travels with food allergies, breakfast wasn't labeled very well. It wasn't clear what certain foods were, or what allergens they contained. This made it difficult to navigate.

Very good location. Right on the water. Make sure to ask for upper level floor to get a really good view of castle and one of the churches. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also very good

Location couldn´t be better with immediate access to the lake, the gym and the pool is a great plus
We had to change rooms following strong smells inside the room and outdoor but the staff immediately accepted without any problem
The breakfast food felt low quality
