Close to many restaurants and lake. Easily accessed from train station by bus. They also offer massage which we took advantage of. Wonderful renewing in the middle of a two month trip.

The hotel is very conveniently situated- in a couple of minutes, you can reach lake Bled. There is a supermarket near by as well.
The room was spacious, with a small balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First room we checked in was strange .. felt a bit institutional. A bedroom and a big open space, a bathtub with handheld shower that arrayed everywhere
After 2 nights we moved .. new room was lovely with balcony and a proper shower

Great location! We got free upgrade on our room, because we wanted two separate beds, since they didn't have any free rooms, they gave us a whole apartment! I really appreciate it!!!

Great location, great breakfast
Room was extremely small and inconvenient. For example we ended up using the luggage holder as a chair, and there was no place in the bath to hang a towel or set down toiletries.

The location was very convenient and the breakfast was good. The rooms were kept clean, and the cleaning crew was always friendly and smiling, which we appreciated. These small touches made a positive difference.
Unfortunately, our room had no real view, as a permanent structure completely blocked the balcony. Even more disappointing was the overall attitude of the hotel management, which made us feel more like sources of revenue than valued guests. This took away from what could have been a much better experience.

It had a nice view. Beds were with old down pillows and blankets. We are allergic so the last night we finally asked for hypoallergenic and they obliged. I wanted a mani-pedi and couldn’t get as they were short staffed or something. The shower was weird. Had to hold the nozzle. The breakfasts were bad. The coffee in the included breakfast bad. The pool and jacuzzi was nice. I had a nice massage there
Didn’t like down bedding that was old and filled with mite dung, dust and allergens. Didn’t like that I couldn’t get a pedicure anywhere. There was not room service or a clear understanding of how to communicate with front desk from room. Language barrier.

Nice hotel really close to the lake bled, nice location. The hotel itself has everything you need, they even rent you bikes for the day. The staff was really nice in helping us.
The bathrooms are little bit outdated but there is not much of a problem.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are extremely small and the bathroom was not clean. The shower cabin was tiny and very uncomfortable to use. For the high price we paid, the quality was extremely disappointing.
There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it very uncomfortable, especially during warm days.
We booked with dinner and breakfast included, but it was absolutely not worth it. Drinks are ridiculously overpriced and not included, even though you might expect them to be with such a package.
The dinner was a terrible buffet with barely any choice. The food was old, cold, and clearly had been sitting there for hours without being refreshed. The only options were a piece of dry, overcooked fish or meat – nothing fresh at all.
The hotel itself is outdated, and the restaurant feels dirty, old, and has no atmosphere whatsoever. There are no charging stations for electric cars, which was another disappointment in this price range.
The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly. Other than that, I would definitely advise others to avoid this place.
