+Amazing breakfast, plenty of options!
+Great location, lake is right outside
+TV had decent number of channels
-Upon arrival there was a huge fly in the room, we caught it and released it outside but the next day there was another one :(
-Very poor ventilation in the bathroom
-Glass shower partition doesn't close all the way so a lot of water spills out, there was mold in the carpet outside
-Bathroom door has a lot of transparent sections, pretty awkward
-Bedroom in general felt a bit grimy
-Staff left a birthday card on breakfast table which was very sweet of them but when I left to get a second plate, the cleaning staff immediately threw it away haha
-Parking is very expensive
-Too expensive for all the cleanliness issues, not worth the price imo

Excellent location, just steps from Lake Bled, with everything within easy walking distance. I stayed on the top floor and loved the quiet, privacy and beautiful mountain views. If your budget allows, I highly recommend an upper floor. The staff was very attentive and housekeeping was excellent. For vegan and gluten free guests, I especially recommend asking for Jasna. She went out of her way to make sure my dietary needs were accommodated and made a real difference during my stay.
The vegan and gluten free breakfast options were somewhat limited, and there was some initial confusion about what was suitable. Once I spoke with Jasna, however, she was extremely helpful in arranging appropriate options.

Very expansive , go to Bohinj - much nicer, cheaper, and better relaxation. No traffic and less merchandise
Asked for a glass of milk, they charged me 10 euros !!

Promising but disaapointing overall.
You book a lakeside room. But there is no lake view.
When asked for this, the staff answers "we do not promise that , we say lakeside" - it is clearly misleading.
Staff is not friendly.
Breakfast tables are left with emty plates for a long time
The hotel is kitsch. But that is taste. However, there are many details that show the hotel is not maintained well: loose hooks, crooked elevator door, toilet paper hanger hangs loose, dents and smudges on the walls.
And then, we asked for a quiet room. It was above the restaurant; We asked to move. Impssoble.
Our second night was disturbed by a wedding with loud music. Impossible to sleep.
We got another room (strange because earlier it was not possible) and slept in a different room, with lake view.
The staff in the breakfast room is not very responsive.

The AC didn’t work very well tote was hot and a little uncomfortable because of that. However, the bed itself was very comfortable in the room was impeccable.

Great location! (Literally right by the bus station.) Walk right out to Lake Bled!! Kind of quirky, but cool, maybe a smidge expensive too.

The location was great.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds and a great overall atmosphere. The rooms, however, are quite small, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer more space.
The staff was pleasant, although nothing stood out as exceptional.
One thing future guests should be aware of is that the hotel hosts weddings and other events on weekends. On Friday and Saturday nights, the music continues until around 2:00 a.m., making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Also, be aware that on-site parking is an additional charge of €40 per day. I wasn’t aware of this before arriving, so it was an unexpected expense.
Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but I would recommend it more for guests who don’t mind late-night noise or who are staying during the week rather than on a weekend.

We stayed 2 nights in a 4 star hotel at bled rose hotel , upon arrival the staff didn’t charge the booking fee , during check out they collected the payment , later someone called my phone no hello no good afternoon nothing just saying give me your credit card over the phone like some scammer style fraud , so I told him send a msg through booking instead , obviously the hotel staff made a mistake and they changed us less for the reservation but we didn’t noticed during check out , we don’t work in a hotel . The hotel called several time , not very polite and eventually they send us threatening msg on booking like they will report us , even though we already paid the difference and they are unable to check their own bank account, the staff insist on the phone communicate by email and I keep saying just send msg to booking . How is this possible 4 star hotel act like this , Not a piece of curtesy, if they say I am sorry we made a mistake and charge you wrong amount. It’s completely unacceptable and we demand apology and if they don’t apologize I send a msg to local new paper how they deal with foreign tourists

Great location, right on the lake, many restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly, one of the best I have seen. Facilities are excellent, breakfast very good.
Our room was very small, that's why rated not good value for money.
