Great location and a really nice and comfortable hotel.
Dinner could have been better. I was disappointed they didn’t had free water, but we were supposed to order water with a buffet style dinner.

Wonderful
The hotel is beautiful, staff very nice, breakfast good. However, the best feature is the Živa Wellness.
Živa Wellness has only 4h tickets so you have to purchase 2 per day which is annoying.

Extreme comfort of beds. A really good hotel for a relaxation holiday. Breakfast offers everything one can imagine, and tastes very good as well.

The hotel was clean and beautifully designed. My kids loved the pool with water slide.
The only problem I had with the hotel was that our room was so warm. The cooling was off for the season and the only way to make it bearable was to have the door open. But without a screen and being on the first floor I didn't feel comfortable doing this overnight. It was hard to sleep since it was so warm!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful view. I enjoyed a drink at the lobby bar and enjoyed the comfortable couches to lounge at while having my drink. The rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. I enjoyed time on the balcony over looking the lake.
A little bit of a walk from town but not a big deal if you are mobile.

The hotel looks modern, the location is really nice and the staff is very professional.
The whole deal felt misleading. It clearly advertises as a spa / wellness / thermal pool location. So it says it has a sauna, but it's not very clear from the start it's not included in the price of the room (it's 25 Euro). It has parking space, but hey, no one said it's not changed extra. The hotel also seems to charge 5 Euro for checking in, I mean, what's up with that? Is that your core thing, getting your guests in the hotel?

The view is the only redeeming thing about this place.
The place itself looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Dusty, damaged, nozzles fall off the shower and sink and there was BROKEN GLASS all over the floor of our room when we went in for the first time that almost cut my partners foot open. The staff were extremely unhelpful - called down to have shampoo and conditioner sent up because they don’t provide it and they made me go down to the lobby in my robe mid-shower to retrieve it myself.
