I loved the peaceful, farm setting away from the hubbub of Bled, but only 2 miles away by car. The proprietor was very generous and upgraded us to the apartment since it was vacant during our stay there. She also brought us fresh cheese made from their goats milk.
This was probably my oversight, but I was surprised that they didn’t pre-charge my credit card, as other Booking.com places do, and would only accept cash payment. We had to make a run to the ATM since this was the end of our trip and we didn’t have enough Euros left. Not sure if the cash only is written in the Booking description—but it should be. Otherwise, this was a beautiful place, with friendly people. The only other drawback was the challenging and cost of parking in downtown Bled.

Beautiful, quiet farm on the mountain, very kind hosts. <3 Fantastic breakfast of homemade food from homegrown ingredients (like goat cheese, marmalade, vegetables, grapejuice etc.). Basically everything was either grown on the farm or another farm in the area. Everything tasted great, and you could eat as much as you wanted.
Beautiful area on the mountain. There are hiking trails starting from the farm. Lake Bled is like a 5 minute drive.

Amazing breakfast with lots of homemade products. Hosts were really kind and helpful, so easy to talk with and really made us feel welcome. The location is just several minutes of car drive from lake Bled and there are few hike routes that start right next to the Farm from where you can see a nice overview of Bled from above. Truly dog friendly. Lots of parking space.
The "Small Double Room" is really small with a tiny bathroom and a narrow path around the bed so it's hard to even move around the room, but other rooms are bigger. The sound isolation in rooms could be better.

Everything was perfect, Iza and her son were really sweet.
- Location: 10min from Bled by car, easy road.
- Room: we got the small one, which was indeed small, just like the pictures. Comfy bed, warm shower.
- the place: super quiet, calm, peaceful. Night sky full of stars, amazing to sleep.
- Breakfast: we need to mention how PERFECT the breakfast was, totally worth it. Iza does everything with care and all products are clearly of the best quality. We miss it already.
Would 100% recommend. We cant wait to come back!

- only 5km from Bled so close but still quiet and relaxing.
- iza is a great host, a real fountain of knowledge of the area.
- breakfast is provided at a cost of €9 per person per day and is a really thoughtfully prepared spread.
- loved the personalised touch from staying at a farmstay rather than a hotel.
- Room got quite hot at night and no fan of air-conditioning
- Credit Card not accepted so prepare cash or international bank transfer at the end of the stay

This is a wholesome family business in a stunning area of the mountains. Iza and her son and husband were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The apartment was spacious and very clean with everything we needed for a short stay. I loved the view of the mountains from our balcony and the kids enjoyed seeing the goats.
We had a car so we loved the remote location. I think you would struggle without a car as the Turist Farm is quite high up on a rural road with little in the immediate vicinity.

We loved the authentic experience of staying here. Our hosts were lovely and took us and our kids out to move the sheep and goats before breakfast one morning. Beautiful breakfasts with lots of homemade goodies. It rained most of the two days we were there, but was still lovely up in the hills.

Our best stay in our three weeks in Slovenia/Croatia. Beautiful setting, hospitable hosts. Really gave us the opportunity to become immersed in Slovenian rural life for a few days.

Our stay with Iza and her husband Luiso (I am sure I am misspelling this) was wonderful. I would highly recommend it. They treated us like family. My daughter went out with Luiso and fed the sheep and goats in the morning and evening. He was very kind to her. Both hosts were very hospitable and knowledgable. They shared information about their farm and how they try to live their life sustainably. The animals were treated very well and it was obvious they cared for and respected them. The location is a quick 10-minute drive to Bled which is an absolutely stunning lake town - a must-see in Europe. If you are looking for an authentic farm experience in a quaint village - this is for you!!

Everything was more than expected. The breakfast was very tasty, with products from local farms. Location is 1.5 km from the main road but is great for people that wants to stay close to the nature. We had a evening walk in the village and we saw two deer :). The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful with everything. We plan to come back with the kids too.

We couldn’t of asked for more from our stay. The property was in the most beautiful location, about a 10 minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of Bled and a real haven up in the nearby mountains. The hosts were some of the loveliest people we have come across and truly made you feel at home and relaxed and consistently made sure you had everything you needed. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the local area and nearby sights which was really beneficial when we went out and about exploring each day. As a group of 3 girls we were made to feel incredibly safe staying here and it was nice to know that the hosts lived just across the road if we did need anything urgently and we loved bumping into them each day and having a chat! They also offer their own selection of homemade breakfasts, cheeses and herbal teas, which we did not have but looked lovely! All in all I could not recommend staying here enough and we had such a fantastic time so thank you so much to the incredible hosts!
It is important to note that you will most likely need a car to reach the property. It is up quite a steep, country road into the mountains and would be quite tricky to access without a hire car! It is very easy to find using the support of maps and is signposted on the nearby roads clearly and we managed the road with ease.
