THE best place if you want to be near the lake without checking in to big hotel resorts. Raw boat station is 2 min walk away, and Castle Bled is 15-20 min. Clean, quiet and very friendly staff. We enjoyed ever minute of use being there

Wonderful
Amazing location on the quieter side of the lake but right next to the Olympic Rowing Center with swimming docs and a cafe. Easily accessible and has free parking. Host has great local recommendations and even has paddle boards for guest to use. Incredible value for money.
Didn’t dislike anything. But note it’s appointed as basic self catering, which was perfect for us but not a luxe hotel experience.

The apartment room was very nice and the owners son was exceptional - helped us with everything including laundry. we really appreciated the small kitchenette and balcony. The unit was clean and we would stay there again. The location was great because you could just walk to the trail around the lake and get to wherever you wanted to go (we like walking) so we'd walk to town, to dinner etc.
Didn't love the mattresses - really hard where you'd wake up with a body part in pain. The lake was there but with the trees you really couldn't see it so that was disappointing.

All these and more were great. Great communication from the host since reservation was made. Right by the lake and we were allowed to park our vehicle at the hotel prior to our check in time.
We should have planned a longer stay at this great place.

The location is perfect for someone that loves nature. It is really quite. Although there is a 30min walk to Bled city center, this wasn't a problem for us, since you have a path near the lake that takes you to the city. The view outside the windows is wonderful. The room is big and well equipped. The staff was kind and helpful. Hopefully we will come again here.
The water pipes are very loud, you can here when people from other rooms use the sink/toilet/shower. If you are a light sleeper, this will be a problem

We loved the quiet, beautiful, rural location. We were very close to the lake which made it great for walking and hanging out.
We did need a car for drives into town for shopping and dinners. Much too far to walk.

The home and the room is well cared-for and professionally maintained. The room itself was clean and tidy, and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a short-term stay. Wi-Fi was strong and never dropped. Lighting was warm and pleasant. The blonde wood of the floor and furniture was attractive. Shower pressure and temperature was spot-on. Also very nice to have a door leading out to a balcony with a table and seating to relax and enjoy the natural beauty all around.. The use of two canoes was offered upon arrival for those wishing to experience rowing on Lake Bled. Lake House Sebanc is only 30m from the lakeside promenade.
The mattress was thin and quite firm.

Highly recomend! We stayed 6 nights in the bottom floor apartment and absolutely loved it! The location was amazing, right next to a swimming area on the lake. Although it was a walk into town for a meal if you wanted to go out, it was a nice walk. We cooked everyday and the kitchen was very well equipped (like one of the most equipped kitchens in a rental that I have stayed in) and there are some good supermarkets nearby within a 6 min drive. The shower was super strong and nice. There was one firm bed and one soft bed, we liked the soft one more. We really enjoyed spending time on the patio as well looking out at all the green trees. The owner was super friendly as well!
The wifi was not good, we could only get it to work on our phones in the back bedroom but not in the front of the house or on the patio. It did work on my computer in the kitchen though which was good for when I had to work, but wifi was overall an issue. Also the lighting in the kitchen was super dim and would have been better with a brighter light. The only other things that would have been nice would be a freezer to be able to put ice in for drinks or frozen food since we were cooking. Also a washing machine would have been nice considering we stayed a while and there would have been space for one, however there was a laundrymat nearby. But these are just things what would have enhanced the stay.

Fantastic location, you can see the water from the balcony. We loved staying at the quieter end of the lake and May was a great time to come, to avoid summer heat and crowds. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was also plenty of information about local places of interest and activities on the front desk, which was useful.

With 9 degrees outside during night we had liked better heating in the morning in the room than we had.
We had also liked darker blinds in the sleeping room. Now we had daylight in sleeping room from 5 in the morning !
