Perfectly located Appartments near Bled but outside the tourist center.
The owner is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, the breakfast in the garden was great.
Also a high problem was solved by the owner with ease.

The room is very nice and clean. Very good location in a quiet neighborhood. Great parking. Fantastic breakfast, even some homemade bread and banana cake. The couple that owns the place is very nice and friendly. If I ever come back to Bled I would definitely stay at this place again.

Great breakfast. Many choices. Apartment clean, cozy. Kitchen fully equipped. Charging cheap at that apartment for your ev 11kwh.
But best of all the hospitality of the hard working owners.
Seats in the apartment and balcony could be more comfortable. Seats in the garden were excellent

The location was ideal for us as it gave us access to explore the areas we were interested in without always needing to use the car. We enjoyed the benefit of the free bus service into Bled. The hamlet is peaceful and so we were not affected by street noise etc. A few minutes away there is a good restaurant with a varied menu serving quality food in large servings and even in high season we never waited long to be seated. The breakfast was varied with homemade cakes and jams and the hosts were friendly and informative. On our last day we arranged to do the zip line tour and Gregor kindly arranged with the company for a local pickup and return for us so we did not need to drive into Bled and find a parking space during a very busy holiday time.
Overall we enjoyed our time at Preseren, however, due to the time of the year of our visit, there were a number of wasps in the garden which was where breakfast was served when it was dry; whilst we were not stung this did affect our enjoyment slightly. In addition, Slovenia has a relaxed attitude to the effects of secondary smoking on people’s health and so we encountered other guests smoking outside and above our room as well as at breakfast despite there being no ashtrays on the breakfast tables. Gregor and Irina may wish to consider allocating a separate area in the garden for the use of people wishing to smoke rather than provide ashtrays outside each of the rooms as well as asking guests not to smoke in the breakfast areas.

Location was very easy to find and near to Bled. Good restaurant walking distance down the road. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming.
Unfortunately, through no fault of the hosts, due to the heat and the rural location flies were an issue making sitting outside unpleasant.

We had this summer the chance to rent an apartment at Ivanka and Gregor’s marvellous place! Everything was perfect even for a long stay: the location in a wonderful and peaceful village ( e.g. two delicious restaurants near by, 10 min from Lake Bled by bike, hiking trails starting right there on the heights of the village...), a very clean and comfy/cosy apartment, well-equipped with a beautiful view from the balcony! Ivanka and Gregor are very nice people, helpful and contributed to make our stay so enjoyable! At last, I cant' help but talk about Ivanka’s breakfast, orange cake, Apple pie, banane cake, fruits, coffee, tea, eggs, cheese, yoghurt: you have a big choice and everything is tasty and homemade ! Don’t hesitate!
We will certainly come back!
