Beautiful location, views of the mountains from our balcony were stunning. Nice stroll from the main town but being able to utilise the bikes on sight was a hugh highlight - we loved cycling around the lake! Enjoyed sitting in the garden with our books to do some reading and the neighboring spa.
Beds weren't the comfiest so unfortunately we found we didn't sleep as well as we would have liked

The grounds are beautiful and the lady at the front desk (I believe she is the owner) was incredible! She gave us so many tips and pointers for a great stay. The breakfast was literally the best I have had in the 2 weeks I’ve been traveling out here. (The deviled eggs were awesome!!! And quite unexpected!) We took the bikes out for a ride around the lake. Helmets and locks included! The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a cute little balcony to sit on. It is a bit out from the city center but a quick 10min walk and you are on the water! Would absolutely recommend!!!
The spa is a separate entity, which I don’t feel like was made very clear. Or maybe I just didn’t read it. I thought the hot tub was at the property but its not….it’s in the spa next door and they were booked full both days we were there. So that was a bummer. Otherwise, no complaints!

Beautiful rooms in the hear of Lake Bled, 15 minute walk to town. If the weather forecast looks bad, make sure to book massages or spa next door. Breakfast were fantastic! Free parking. Do yourself a favour and rent a car there.

This property deserves a 15. The garden was a pleasure to sit and joy views of the countryside. The breakfast was all home goods with lots of variety and flavor. The hotel is run by four generations of wonderful women who are all really attentive and fun. The room was comfortable and cozy with a great view. The hotel is a 10 min walk to Lake Bled with a view of the castle from the front door.

Everything! Quiet location, 10-12 mins walk to Lake Bled and so many excellent restaurants! Breakfast was amazing! Everyone who works there is so friendly! Would definitely go back! Loved our stay!
We had an afternoon of rain and were not able to sit outside in the beautiful garden.

Mateja runs a friendly tight ship. Alp Penzion was immaculate, breakfast choices outstanding, rooms comfortable with everything we needed, gardens and outdoor areas were beautiful. Mateja acts as concierge, manager and chief cook and bottle washer; she does it all and is charming. She helped us plan our days, and helped with a car issue
Not much. The only improvement would be if a large drone picked up the whole property of Alp Pension and moved it to one of the quiet beaches on Lake Bled ,

What a charming B&B in picturesque Lake Bled! The B&B is located in the PERFECT location in Bled - a short and easy walk to the lake - but in a very quiet area of town. This is a family owned and run B&B and the care and dedication is clearly evident with the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. Mateja, the proprietor, and her daughter, Laura, are very charming, engaging, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Mateja each day about life in Bled and learning more about the B&B and Slovenia in general. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Mateja's mother is the chef (who began the B&B many years ago) and she is such a sweet lady. And the love she puts into every dish was evident in every morning's breakfast. Our stay at the Alp Pension exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning in the future!

Everything was super clean and the property is beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious and the amenities such as the free bikes were a great bonus.
It’s about a 10 minute walk from the lake and restaurants, not bad at all but worth noting.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful host, wonderful rooms. A place you just want to hang out at all day. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern and perfect. Our room had a patio that overlooked the amazing Alps in the distance. The hotel has an amazing breakfast you should not skip. Parking is easy.
About a 15 minute walk to the main street in town, and a bit further to the lake. Better on bikes or by car.

Breakfast was the best. A great selection. Pastries were excellent and eggs cooked to order. They even put little smiley faces on eggs ordered sunny side up!
The birds are noisy in the morning! Actually I like the nature, but they are noisy!
