Unique location in Little India. Compact and modern hotel rooms with a comfortable bed and good restaurant (Aleeya) in the same building. Late check-out hour, until 12 PM.
Room given was across the laundry room on the 2nd floor and guests were using it even during rest hours (late night hours), causing disturbance due to noise from washing/drying machines, and leaving the door open.

Very quiet room, with complementary sparkling and still water and washing machine and dryer on Level 2 Good hot shower and easy access to Little India
Staff - very rude and completely inflexible with any request
The room has very poor layout and only suited to one guest, there is no space for suitcases and the cupboards make no sense eg the house phone has its own cupboard and the trash bin lives in a huge cupboard
Also house state that the kitchenette 'must be left spick and span'
Asked to change rooms and was constantly told 'no madam' for about 10 minutes - with no outcome even though there were rooms available

Excellent location steps from Jalan Besar or Rocher MRT Stations, and an easy walk to the Bugis or up to Little India where countless delicious food choices await. The room I reserved (a Premium Studio) was sensibly laid out, with one exception I'll note below. Excellent bed and a nice kitchenette with a kettle to prepare coffee or tea in the morning. I liked the water station provided on the second floor. Friendly staff at the front desk who helped out with food recommendations in the area.
The room I was assigned (304) had a single wet bathroom, with the shower and the toilet placed together with no partition whatsoever. It's been many years since I've seen a layout like this--everything gets wet.
Beware that soundproofing is not well done in this property. Partying guests returning at night are clearly audible from the hallway, as was the enthusiastic singer who stayed next to my room during my last night!

The best things about this hotel is the water machine available in the hallway, and the shared laundry room. The bathroom & the shower were also nice.

The professionalism and cleanliness (the reception guy didn't even touch the towels to hand on to us) of staff.
Little India is a crowded place to stay and is lively, probably not for everyone (if you need more calm).

Clean, comfortable and great room. Air conditioning was excellent.
Front desk personnel left at 8 PM. Attended by a security guard who was pleasant but did not have access to my stay information. This could pose a concern if something was wrong.

The room was small but the best design and use of space It had been planned well example the raising of the bed to allow storage underneath Plenty of charging points tea and coffee etc. An interesting hotel very close to two different train lines. The staff were very helpful and friendly
