The location near Chinatown and near the cruise terminal was ideal. Everything we wanted to visit was nearby. The room was large and had great views, and the bathroom facilities were clean and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and firm the way I like. The included breakfast was phenomenal. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast were excellent. Mohamed Yusoff, Chief Concierge
was excellent helpful in accessing a shuttle to the airport. In fact every employee we came in contact with were extremely helpful.

This was a very nice property close to everything in Singapore! The rooms are beautifully spacious and impeccably clean like the rest of the hotel. The pool has a fantastic view and the gym is extremely well equipped. The breakfast buffet is top notch!
These are very very minor things but the music played at the pool is a bit loud and an obnoxious mix. A more classy lounge music should be selected to match the style of hotel. There is an extremely strong fragrance constantly sprayed in the lobby making it difficult to be in that area. If it weren’t so strong we would have spent time in the bar lounge but it was unbearable.

Very good pool, gym, and club area. The room is very good as well.
Hard to control the AC in the room. If it is turned on, it quickly becomes too cold. Otherwise, too hot. Ended up switching it all the time.

They needed more chg rooms/bathrooms for the pool area. The bathroom
for the pool was in the spa and it was only 1 bathroom.

Excelente room, very big bed, bathroom luxurious…
When I got to the room there was a bottle of water next to coffee facilities and a tin of biscuits. They weren’t in the mini bar, and i tend not to touch mini bars as they are too expensive so I took it as these two items were sitting next to the coffee maker , that they were complimentary? So I drank and ate them..
only to find at checkout I was charged 28 SGD for them? A bit much as there was no indication that these were not complimentary….

All four of us made the most of the breakfast. The variety of dishes would meet any guest’s requirements. The omelettes were wonderful. My husband dictated the fillings which were made to his absolute satisfaction. I would have liked to have eggs Benedict, however the lox and cream cheese bagels fitted the bill. The staff seem to really enjoy their work and were very helpful. A special thanks to the staff member at the check-in desk. She made me feel very welcome.
Waiting for the lifts. The foyer on the 32nd floor undersold the rest of the hotel’s decor.
