This property property probably older than me,
All the staffs absolutely professional staff , even the new one they trained very well.
And this property was really famous 5 stars hotel.
Like I said before, this property probably older than me,
The older doesn’t sound good one, not like historical or nice one. It’s trick me either, with 5 stars and 9.2 ratings from your app!
The room doesn’t have soundproof, at middle of night I can hear the rider with noise louzy motor bike sounds very loud!! And many times the sound of “closing door” by another guest or room service was very loud ! It’s not their fault, it’s this hotel design fault!
It’s very old hotel with bad conditions, I believe this Hotel was wonderful hotel decades before . But am sorry, I won’t stay in this Hotel anymore! And I definitely delete the app who recommended me about this Hotel, I stay 5 days in this Hotel because I trust your not honest recommendation, and it’s was the 5 stars nightmares!
Ps : telling them thousands time already that I did not eat cake , and they keep sending me a horrible cake ! That’s really annoying and I can see that limit of caring for their guests are zero!

Our room had a beautiful view of the Bay, it was spacious, a little outdated, the bathroom the same, only one sink in a huge vanity...
Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a similar hotel.

Nice facility with quirky, but nice, rooms.
1. Other than the very good breakfast and the way over-priced Chinese restaurant, there are no reasonable dining options particularly one is vegetarian. In our case we had to go out for reasonably priced vegan options for most meals.
2. While the staff is quite good, in our opinion the hotel is too big and crowded to provide a nice environment and experience at this price point. Elevator crowding and wait times and the super crowded breakfast area are examples.
3. In going to the bar for a cocktail, it was very annoying to be handed a menu with all drinks in the $125 to $250 range! It took the wait person a while to produce a menu with more reasonably priced options. Really surprised and irritated to be upsold in this way.
For these reasons we are unlikely to choose RC in the future.
