Everything was to our expectations. Bed was very comfortable. Locations was centrally located to the subway system, shopping and food. Urgent care nearby if needed. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They will arrange your transportation to the airport.
Breakfast could have been better. More choices. No lunch or dinner available.

Very accessible to all shopping malls- luxury brand & good food. Free access to cold soda, coffee, milk, healthy snacks in the lobby, ice & cold water in the resto counter as well.

Entrance was welcoming. Lovely treats in the foyer which were free … coffee, pop, snacks. The staff were beyond exceptional. Isa and Cheryl went above and beyond, and the gracious hospitality and amazing service they showed was awesome. In fact all the staff went above and beyond, always smiling, always willing to help in any way possible, looking out for us and anticipating our needs.
The hotel is well worn, at least our room was. While clean, the rooms need some work. Also we were disappointed that we had to pay for a full night for an early check in.

Good location, comfortable rooms and buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff far exceeds any other hotel experience I have had. They gave us a gift upon checking out! What a wonderful experience and will stay here again.

Check in, we were offered a complimentary ice cream which was amazing. There's fresh ground coffee, tea, and canned drinks as well as sparkling water available throughout the day at the lobby, toegether with snacks. There was also a Nespresso machine in the room, and we had a great welcome basket. The wifi was decent, and the bed was sure comfortable with a great view of the backside of orchard road. We had both a shower and a bath which was great.
Perhaps only that they didn't consider we're a group of 3 with our child. Sure we were supposed to share the bed, but amenities e.g. towels, bathrobes and especially breakfast should have considered that. Some of the facilities were starting to show its age, and the pool is quite small but sufficient.

Overall, this is a very pleasant hotel — beautiful, clean, modern, and with a very convenient location.
The staff were polite and welcoming, and I truly appreciated the complimentary early check-in. I arrived after a night flight and was extremely tired, so being able to access my room a couple of hours earlier meant a lot. Thank you for that — it was a very thoughtful gesture.
I liked the room itself: it was spacious, comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The bathtub was great, and the bath salt was a lovely touch.
However, there were several serious disappointments that, in my opinion, are not acceptable for a 4-star hotel.
The biggest issue was water. I fully support reducing plastic, but I genuinely do not understand why the hotel cannot provide drinking water in reusable glass bottles in the room. It is extremely uncomfortable when a guest has to solve such a basic problem on their own. This is not a guesthouse — this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel.
I wanted to make coffee in my room, and at the reception I was told that I had to go to the lobby myself to fill the coffee machine with water. Honestly, this was shocking. How is a guest supposed to carry water around the hotel just to make a coffee?
The only available water is filtered tap water, which I later confirmed with the staff. Unfortunately, I had digestive issues after drinking it, which suggests the filtration system is not working properly.
In the end, I had to order bottled water delivery. Even then, the courier was not allowed to come to my room, and the hotel did not bring the order up either — I still had to go downstairs myself. In reputable 4-star hotels, this is simply not an issue.
The lounge offers snacks and drinks, including many sweet beverages, but again — no proper drinking water. If the hotel gives out soft drinks anyway, why not provide still water in glass bottles or metal cans, either in the room or in the lobby?
The snacks themselves were also very poor. The nuts and pretzels were extremely hard — the almonds were so tough I was genuinely afraid of damaging a tooth.
Another major issue is noise. You can clearly hear other guests slamming doors, which makes it very difficult to rest or fall asleep. Installing door closers would solve this easily.
Unfortunately, because of these issues, the hotel does not feel like a true 4-star property. There is a lack of guest care, no proper drinking water, poor sound insulation, and overall too many inconveniences that should not exist at this...

The hotel is situated in a quiet leafy suburb just a 20 minute walk from Orchard Road Shops and the MRT. The photos placed in booking.com are accurate and turned out exactly as we pictured. Glad we chose the Superior Room for extra space and extra amenities. Yingzi from reception made us feel more that welcome on arrival and organised a later check out time for our flight. House keeping was quick in providing a special pillow and the room attendant John did an excellent job in cleaning our room and replenishing amenities. Even wrote a goodbye note with some gifts. Good value for money.
A real pity that they do not serve dinner. Next door Vibe was a little of a let down, not because of food quality but ambience and at tentative staff.

Stayed here only one night as a stopover. Staff were really lovely at check in - giving away free ice creams was a nice touch.
Room was lovely and spacious and nice and quiet. The hotel is a short walking distance to Orchard Road, and with it being close to Christmas, it was a great spot to be.
We had a small issue with the strong smell of cigarettes firstly in the corridor of our floor which then came into our room. I asked at reception if we were on the smoking floor, but the hotel is smoke free - seems there was a rule breaker on our floor!
The receptionist was amazing - they immediately moved us to another room on a higher floor. Excellent service!

Spacious room and comfortable bed; friendly staff, free coffee/tea offerings in the dining area during the day but I didn't have time to enjoy it. Good and quiet location, walking distance to Orchard Road and Paragon shopping centre, but walking up and down the hill during the day in hot, humid weather made the walk a bit longer.
The bathroom could do with an upgrade and a proper clean to remove the mould in the shower cubicle; limited vanity shelf space. As my room was on Level 11 below the gym on Level 12, the guests who ran on the treadmill late at night (after 10.30pm) and in the early morning (before 7am) disrupted my sleep. Small breakfast room and limited vegetarian food options on the a la carte breakfast menu - there was only one cooked vegetarian noodle option. The bread and pastries offered were stale (the bread looked at least 2-3 days old!); not all guests have toast for breakfast so the bread should at least be fresh. While the vegetarian noodles were made to order at breakfast, I got an upset after breakfast each morning, which was rather unpleasant and impacted my intake of food during my stay.

Very Good
The Quincy is my go to hotel whenever I have to travel to Singapore. The staff are excellent. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The size of the hotel means that it is never crowded and there is some outdoor space which is an oasis of calm in an otherwise busy part of central Singapore. Orchard Road is only a 10 minutes walk away and there is easy access also to Orchard and Newton MRT stations (15 mins walk, max).

The front office staff were all amazing and very attentive. On arrival noticing that my husband and I were rather hot and tired the duty manager Ms Shang Yngzi went to get us a glass of water each prior to checking us in. The added attention made a huge difference to our enjoyment of our time at the Quincy.
