This hotel was just lovely. Immaculately clean and in a terrific location for exploring the city. Easy to catch a bus or train. Grab was readily available and fast. The people were awesome too.
The breakfast was very nice - it hit all the bases -- Chinese options, cereal, British breakfast, lovely breads and pastries. Eggs cooked to order in the buffet area. No complaints at all.
The room was larger than most.
It's expensive. More than I wanted to pay, but I can't be that sad about my choice since everything and everyone was lovely.

Loved our view! Maid service was excellent. Rooftop pool and bar was very memorable! Lyca, Lorna all made our stay extra special. Enjoyed sunset and Happy Hour at the pool each of our 4 evenings, made epic by Thea and Agnes. Check in and out were seemless. Breakfast was super elegant!

No spa , need to take a táxi to go to the spa , another hotel massage closes 9 pm the service on the breakfast the waiters dont let you relax on breakfast

Brasserie restaurant for dinner serves terrible french food. Hotel should change restaurant to something Asian, perhaps Sichuan or Indian.

It was a beautiful property in a great location. We went over to Marina Bay Sands and it was a mad house with tourists. If you want something more peaceful, this is your place.
The food wasn’t a hit with my son.

We booked the hotel for staycation to spend the weekend leisurely and roam around the downtown. The location was ideal and we booked the room with a view to the MBS, we got the Corner Room with Bay View. The welcoming staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, well maintained and the view was amazing. We went during the NPD Complete Rehearsal so we were able to enjoy the fireworks from the balcony.
Noting that we reserved the room during the weekend to spend time leisurely, however our TV did not work for chrome casting which is one of the basic features for a TV in modern day, I would have expected. Assuming this was a technical glitch, we reported the incident but the turn out of events were disappointing to say the least. We had to call the concierge more than three times to get someone to have a look, the morning of the next day the technician came and went saying it's a IT problem and never came back. Calling the concierge again in the evening they said chrome casting is not a commonly used feature. After complaining again in the evening he came back with another person, spent 15 minutes rewiring a few things and said the issue is with the usage of chrome casting, only 10% of the guests can use chrome casting so I cannot use it now. I will be spending one more day and there was no solution offered and they left.
I have been to many hotels around the world and this is the first time I have to spend more than couple of hours engaging with the staff to troubleshoot issues which should have been working in the first place. It is absurd we don't have chrome casting on our TV and we have to retry and check our luck, after getting one of the luxurious rooms they offer.
After complaining to the Manager, they left a hand written note in our room when we were out, apologizing to the bad experience and promised us to give a dinner coupon for both of us as compensation. We did not receive any coupon even after one week. They did however waived off the in-room dining cost (which was less than 100 bucks) for all the trouble we had to go through.

Room was spacious and the beds were good. Breakfast was also great both in quality and quantity.
The shower drainage was a bit stuck and the water took time to get drained. However, this got fixed after we asked for it.

We stayed at the Fullerton Bay twice during April 2025 and were astounded by the level of customer service we received. Warren, Assistant Front Desk Manager, treated us like royalty and made us feel so special during our stay. He was exceptional!
When we arrived, Ganes, the Porter outside, welcomed us back like a friend, even though he was suffering from the heat in his heavy uniform.
Diana on the Reception desk was also so hospitable and welcoming. The staff at the Fullerton Bay really go above and beyond, for everyone, even nobodies like us. They made our trip there all the more enjoyable and relaxing. They really were fantastic!
