The drainage was blocked that the water at the shower couldn’t run away smoothly and flooded on the floor.

Great location on Orchard Street! Room very comfortable with a Great spread of breakfast buffet. There’s an Escalator right outside hotel to go the underground and takes you across the street for shopping.

I don't like every time I give lundry I must pay than will delivery my clothes I paid for my room in advance for 6 nights . I will not pay for my clothes?

I like the staff. they were so nice.
The elevator. It has sound, and was really slow until it open in each floor. The air inside was quite thin. it was quite uncomfortable in the elevator.

I noticed that one elevator was out of service for maintenance, even though the hotel should have expected high traffic due to the number of guests, particularly from F1 fans.
