Wonderful
The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a high floor view over the swimming pool and garden area. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of items and the staff were very polite, pleasant and attentive. The Hotel is located very close to the MRT station providing easy access for transportation throughout. It is also located within walking distance to the Newton Food market that we enjoyed visiting. I would stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

There were lot of cockroaches in the room and when i came home all my luggage's had them and it spoiled my food and Sheraton should compensate me for the same.

location was near Newton MRT , property was well maintained. i liked the fact that room was decently sized and there was no noise on the higher floor

All the staff starting from the doorman to the asst. chef and the lady managing the buffet area during breakfast were all very cordial, accommodating and engaging.
Special mention to the doorman on duty when we checked in on Dec 26 who even tipped to us the nearest hawker center. He was on duty every time we returned to the hotel at night. Too bad he was on day off when we checked out today Dec 30.
The food during the breakfast buffet and afternoon tea were superb.
There is no bidet.

Excellent breakfast, superb service - our check in host was kind enough to make our room available hours before normal check-in at 3 because our flight arrived very early. The bed was super comfy.

Great attentiveness by all staff - from concierge to doormen, waiting staff in the dining room and bar, and room service; breakfast was amazing and delicious (although I don't drink coffee so can't comment on that); excellent choice of wines in the bar and a bonus bowl of nuts with drinks was a nice touch. The reception staff were helpful with tips about places to go.
The airconditioning in all our rooms was FREEZING when we checked in (my family had three rooms between us) and given it was so late at night when we checked in after our flight arrived in Singapore, we were too tired to contact reception to find out how to warm the room up. But the next morning, the concierge told us how to change the temperature and warm them up. Maybe the rooms could be set at say 25 degrees to begin with? My elderly dad said he was freezing cold all night.

Room was clean and was available on arrival early with a long flight over 10 hours and it was a great thing for my family which also include a teenager.
