Hotel was clean, housekeeper Jacqui looked after us very well.
Breakfast was nice - Lina/Tara was great.
Location was nice and hotel facilities were good.
Staff could be a little friendlier and more accommodating though..
One of our rooms was not made available to us until after 5pm on check in, check in was a very long process that definitely needs to be refined.
Hotel staff promised not to charge the credit card we had on file for deposit, said they would note it down but then charged it anyway….
Hotel is very, very noisy! Kids running and screaming down the hallway at 11pm and then up again at 6am. Kids club staff yelling into a microphone by the pool every single day..we have kids and they were with us but this definitely wasn’t the hotel for us.

Location and facilities.
Poor customer service, i am wondering how they are being operated by Shangri-La with these low standards and services.
The towels are not clean, I would not repeat the experience as i was there for business purposes.

Nice facility and beach equipment
Room wasn’t ready at 3 pm every time we come ask the staff told us to wait a couple of more minutes (only around 4 we got the room) They told us they will give us vouchers we never get. Not exactly the way u want to start your vacation after a long flight.

The resort was amazing, location and facilities.
The breakfast is delicious and varied.
Waiting for an hour to check in, they should increase staff numbers esp in season to avoid this kind of situation.

The hotel really caters for kids in detail/ families they have a very good kids club and amazing staff there, Laundry service which is free and available on many floors. The ease to commute within the Resort ie going to the parks etc
Their hotel booking platform needs to be improved.

The rooms were lovely, clean and big. We had a great view of the jungle, and were close to all of the main Sentosa attractions. The rooms also had stools for the kids in the bathrooms which was nice and thoughtful!

breakfast was brilliant and beach was a bonus.
One of our party lost a wallet and the staff went the extra mile to assist in locating it.
concierge service very good in assisting us on where to go and where to eat halaal.
my son has a peanut allergy and the way the hotel describes the food was reassuring and when we queried the Chef was most helpful
would have been nice to have some motorised watersports for older kids/adults.

Wonderful
Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa is as expected. The family hotel that families can go and be rest assured that everyone in the family will be happy, from room to facilities to activities. The pools and slides and kids' club is fun and entertaining and can keep everyone occupied. The staff are helping and polite. The shuttle service is useful. It was as usual a great stay.
It is unfortunate that while we were there, the TV channels were not available for the first night. In response to that, maybe the hotel can consider changing the TV to a smart TV that can connect to the internet instead.
