Wonderful
Great location, quiet street, friendly staff. Breakfast was the highlight of our trip!
Not the property’s fault, but arrived in the evening and couldn’t find dinner after 9:30 anywhere in walking distance (Friday night and was already reserved or closed early). Was hungry and jet legged so wanted something easy.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. There's free parking for our car as we had travelled in by land. The hotel is connected to a small mall that has several breakfast options (Starbucks, Toastbox, Macdonald's and a supermarket), making it extremely convenient for us to grab fruits, coffee, late night snacks etc. There is a very small park that has lots of benches. It's very pretty. Sipping a cup of coffee in the quiet space there is rather pleasing.
The room is quite small and not located within the city center. So you do have to travel a little to places of interest. However, there is nothing to dislike, especially if you have a car/ do not mind taking a shuttle bus service to the nearest MRT station and you are out and about the whole day. It is a very good hotel that is clean, and has all the essentials and amenities you need in and around the hotel.

The staff when we arrived were wonderful and helpful. We arrived at 2:00 am and had some issues with our luggage and the staff was very helpful in assisting us to get it back.

Friendly staff - especially Sankary and her colleagues from the restaurant.
1- We booked a twin bed room but at the time of check in, were given the only remaining room with a king bed. The additional cot left little to no space in the room.
2- Despite the DO-NOT-DISTURB, some guests would chat loudly in the corridor late into the night....may be a caution notice to be considerate to the Do Not Disturb sign could be displayed in common guest languages.

When we arrived last Jan 23, we waited for almost 30 mins after we got our room, we feel iritated coz we want to rest at once but they ask us to wait, supposed to be our room will be ready upon our arrival...

First of all, the staff was invaluable!! I had hired a Grab ride through an app for the first time and thought it was being charged to my credit card. Instead, it was a Grab cash ride. I didn't have enough Singaporean dollars, and the driver didn't accept US dollars. The staff gave me the Singaporean dollars for our ride and just added the cost to our room bill. I had asked if we could store our luggage at the hotel until check-in time, ahead of time. They said yes. Yet, when we arrived, the hotel had our room ready for us early without any additional charge. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. A welcoming place for us to rest until we were ready to head out to explore Singapore. We loved the location as it was easy to catch a bus or train to the places we wanted to go. In addition, there were many restaurants, bakeries, and a small mall within walking distance of the hotel. It was quiet and felt very safe!

I stay at Aloft Novena every time that I am in Singapore for 1>3 nights because of it's optimal location, facilities and most importantly the excellent, friendly and professional staff. Whenever I request a particular room location, early check-in / check-out time or any other reasonable necessity the reservation and front desk team do their best to make it possible which makes one feel like a guest rather than a mere client. The rooms are well appointed, the gym is excellent and the breakfast supplied is outstanding. There is also a small mall virtually attached to the hotel that has restaurants and a supermarket for necessities. Being within walking distance of two MRT stations make it a perfect base for any time spent in Singapore. Highly recommended.
I really have no complaints or criticisms. Aloft Novena works perfectly for me.

I like everything about the hotel. Friendly staff, clean environment including the hotel and the washrooms, wifi is great , the cleaning room service is also very good. Most of the things are great. It was my 3rd time staying at this hotel
I dont like the morning breakfast because it lose my appetite when I see same food everyday. And the check out time is 12 noon if it was passed we have to pay for it. And the check in time is 3 in the afternoon so if we came to the hotel by 1 O'clock we have to stay untill 3p.m. or we can book the room from the day before just to stay 2 hours. I hope they can charge us hourly.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was perfectly clean, the breakfasts were amazing, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the free shuttle bus to the metro, which made getting around the city very easy. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again.

Staff of the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel consists of the two buildings, in the end we didn`t try out the SPA area, as it was in the other building. But the room was quite spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection for the food. Location was a bit further from the touristic centre, but there were several public transportation stops, so it was very easy commute.

The facility and staff were very courteous. The buffet was good. The location is accessible via bus and mrt, but is very far from the main city, hence increases your travel time.
Rooms were very small and location was very far from main city. Good options for Indian food.
