This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever been Aircon not working No room service Not even glasses in room Fridge in room not working at all This room was making me fell like a 30-40$ room..

Excellent Location - close to MRT, Mall, Park and Bus Stop. Many Vegetarian restaurants close by. Little India just a stop away on MRT ( Metro) . Front Desk very helpful. Breakfast was nice and lots of food options.
Pricey. Rooms are small. The desk space is not designed well and is very close to the window and I fell over the chair and hurt myself.

The Location is great. Has a bus stop just outside connecting to nearby Jelan Besar MRT station. Lots of Indian Asian restaurants nearby, at walking distance. Excellent wahsroom facility with hot water supply.
Complimentary breakfast is of very lower standard, as not much choice of food items offered. Cooking standard not up to expectation. Room capacity space very tight and conjusted. Comparatively higher pricetag for the tiny room and breakfast

The room was spotless clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but quite good for the price. The location was quite convenient, bust stop right in front of the hotel and MRT station in a walking distance.

The breakfast staff kept taking away my plate even if I was not yet finished. Is this the hotel's way of making the guests leave earlier so others can be accommodated? I found this rude and such a waste of resources.

Fairly close to the MRT (like around a 7 min walk) Really lovely staff at breakfast, reception and housekeeping Appreciated the laundry room where one can do their own laundry (at a cost) Liked the coffee machine at breakfast
Rooms were quite tiny and there was no real space for luggage Could hear my neighbor snore and use the flush/shower when the AC was off in my room - may be a problem for light sleepers They only had one type of electrical outlet (Type G) which was a minor inconvenience

Very accessible location. With bus stop right in front of the hotel, a few minutes walk to the nearest mrt station and has plenty of food choices around with stores that are still open even late at night. Clean rooms and dining area.
Hoping for a bit thicker pillows. I always woke up with a sore neck.

The hotel was good, room was very clean. Front office staffs were really friendly, had seamless check in and check out experience. Free breakfast service was a plus as it has reasonable buffet spread. Bus stop is located just right in front of the hotel.
The room is a bit small, but still acceptable. Will rate the room higher if not for the slow drainage in the shower room. Requested quiet room, but was given room facing the main road on the 2nd floor. Fortunately the soundproofing was good, so it did not disturbed me much. The location of the hotel is not easily accessible from MRT stations. Even though there are 3 MRT stations nearby, it may take 10-15 mins by walking from MRT stations to the hotel. However, if you use bus/taxi it should be find.
