Good location, you can easily walk to many places, to find restaurants and shops. The room was pristine clean, with all things you might need (toiletries, robe, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, mini fridge, iron, hair dryer etc.). I like that the hotel is modern, you have drinking water fountain in the room. Besides the Malaysian power outlet, you also have these generic ones that can fit plugs from Europe or the US, which is very handy.
The staff were also very nice.
If I’d have to find something, I would say that when you get into the building, it’s a bit confusing how to get to the reception area, which is on the 3rd floor. However, there is security and concierge service downstairs, they can guide you where you need to go.

We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel feels recently renovated, modern, and well maintained. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Singapore, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. Considering Singapore standards, the price felt very reasonable.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with excellent service. Great location near Chinatown — many attractions are within walking distance and the metro is close by. The room was small but cozy and comfortable for two, with a nice view. Daily cleaning and towel changes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money, would happily stay here again.

Fantastic location across the road from Clarke Quay and a short walk to Chinatown. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and good size hotel gym. Comfortable bed. Everywhere seemed clean and looked after.
Unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel unless I am travelling solo. The only reason being - The bathroom situation is not ideal for space or privacy. The sink area takes up too much space in the actual room, there is little room to move around. Having a door directly into the shower and toilet is not enough to provide privacy and space for those using it and for those who are in the room. I think this very much lets down what is otherwise a lovely hotel.

Great location for Clark's quay and the mrt. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and quiet and comfortable and lovely to be able to have a dip in the pool
Rooms are compact and the bathroom is in the room with only a glass partition. I didn't mind this for a short stay though
