Very nice modern hotel in a location that was walkable to many restaurants, shops, and activities. House-keeping service was exceptional and provided everything we requested very quickly. Our room was really spacious and very clean. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. The room was very quiet at night. There was tons of storage. We had a really nice kitchen with filtered water and coffee service. The breakfast which was included in the price was extensive, diverse, and delicious. The elevators are super fast. The pool area is stunning and the gym is quite well appointed. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Singapore.
The staff at the front desk were just okay. There was not a warm, welcome or smile and when we passed by the desk when going out or returning, no one looked up to say hello despite the fact that there were always quite a few people at the desk.

Great location with Bugis MRT station within walking (10min) distance. Apartment was very clean and staff was nice and helpful. Gym and pool are very well maintained as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The insolation was super good and we could not hear much sound from the hallway, other rooms, or the highway. We arrived earlier and were allowed to checking earlier without additional charge and were also given a free upgrade to an executive suite. We had a very late fight on the day of checkout, the hotel had free luggage storage service after checkout and also allowed us to use their lounge which had free coffee and massage chairs. Overall we had a very nice stay at the hotel and will definitely book it again on our next trip.
The breakfast room was a little crowded in the peak hours.

Very comfortable and spacious hotel. Excellent location for MRT - 5 minutes walk to Bugis Station on the airport East - West line, and Downtown line interchange. Handy for walking to Suntec City (hop on, hop off bus depot) and into the city down Beach Road. Great views from the roof top pool. Arah quarter Kampong Glam just over the road for evening meals shopping and nightlife.
We paid for included breakfast. It is not advertided that the breakfast dining room does not open on Sundays and public holidays. We had one of each during our 5 day stay so paid for 5 breakfasts and received just 3. Reception staff while friendly were not very helpful with tourist info. No restaurant - walk through to the Park Royal via walkway for dine in evening meals if you aren't eating out. But why eat in when there are so many choices for eating out !

Our exec bedroom suite had a large space, including large dining table that can seat 4 people. Service staff was super friendly and helpful; Our toddler son slipped and fell in the shower and the staff sent a friendly medic to check on him (he was fine). Rooftop pool with view delivered as promised; nearby Arab street was a 5 min walk and fun to visit. Taxi drop off area was safe and convenient for young kids.
Sliding glass doors between rooms and bathroom were not fully soundproof. There isn't a full kitchen, and room service relies on Royal Park next door, which was impossible to get a hold of during peak Saturday dinner time. But Grab delivery was a fine alternative. Breakfast was not a full spread (you can go to Royal Park next door for that). Basically this isn't a full service hotel but they neither advertise themselves as such nor do they price themselves as such so really no reason to complain. This is really for business travelers but kind of a hack to get a large space for young families. To get this much space in a full service hotel you would be paying at least 50% more for 2 rooms and they most likely won't be connected nor have a kitchen (again, great for young families).

My daughter and I stayed at a 1-bedroom apartment. 16th floor. It was clean and quiet. We appreciate the silence. View from the room was fantastic! We could see the Singapore Flyer and Gardens By The Bay. Apartment has a full kitchen and a washing machine (wash + dry). Close to Bugis Junction and MRT station (walking distance). Lots of halal restaurants for Muslim visitors. There are 7-11 downstairs and a small store to get essentials and snack. Wifi was very strong. Daily housekeeping and the man cleaning our room did a good job :). Staff was very friendly and professional. The pool at Level 21 was lovely! There was a gym too. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
It could use some refurbishments. The chair in the living room has stains on it.

Staff arranged daily use of meeting room to accommodate our large group breakfasts. The food changed daily and covered most international tastes. Front expeditiously arranged for taxi services. Location was a bit distant from metro and also from nearest supermarket, lessening the advantages of having in-room kitchen facilities; our kitchens were wonderfully equipped. Almost no noise from neighboring rooms and views were great. Singapore tunnel construction will disturb pedestrian traffic for next several months. Seldom noted in reviews but much appreciated was the game room and library facilities including the 24 hr coffee machine
The availability or non-availability of amenities and facilities at sister property, the Park Royal, was not publicized at all. In fact, front desk staff of the Park Royal did not even know of the connecting corridor, strongly directing us to walk outside to return to the Pan Pacific.

The room is large, so that is nice. Also, the window has good soundproofing.
It is not a 5-star hotel and it is very, very overpriced.
Especially the breakfast doesn't meet the 5-star standard by a long reach. I've been in 4-star hotels with much, much better breakfast than this one. The breakfast is in a tiny room, with way too many people. The hotel tolerates bad manners, such as bringing misbehaving children into the breakfast room, people playing annoying tunes and soundtracks on their phones with the volume on. This is the type of behavior that doesn't belong in a decent hotel.
Being in the breakfast room was always uncomfortable and irritating.

Location was great and close to the MRT station and Marina Bay. Plenty of food options close by. Rooms were very clean and tidy with perfect housekeeping each day. Great views from the rooftop pool, a nice place to relax at the end of a hot day.
We wanted a family room but had to book two rooms as there were none available, so this made it expensive. Due to our kids ages we all could have fit in one room because the 'lounge area' was quite big. I would like to stay again if we could all be accommodated in one room. Family issue only.
