Wonderful
It was cleaned and at great location. Kesa House is so close to 3 MRT stations. It was also close to China town which has lots of restaurants and a big hawkers center
The property is right across some restaurants which are very noisy at night. It’s a good thing the noice stopped at 10pm

Wonderful
Great location, very close to the food courts in Chinatown (10-15 min walk). Very happening neighborhood, with some high end restaurants. The rooms were small but had everything you needed. Appreciated access to washer/dryer. Small communal kitchen and living room were a nice touch.
Rooms are on the small side, but we didn't mind at all.

Conveniently located. They had cookies in the shared kitchen. Although the rooms are described as don't having windows because they are on the roof, they had windows on top for getting daylight.
The rooms are rather small. In one of the rooms there is an inconvenient step to access the toilet.

Wonderful
Location was fabulous especially during Chinese New Year. Very close to 2 MRT stations. Didn't ever hear street noise. Laundry and kitchen were helpful. Staff was great. Value good for Singapore.
Rooms are small but they warn you about this in advance. No windows on 3rd floor, but again, they warn you about this (they weren't missed unless we wanted to know if it was raining).

Wonderful
Kitchen facilities, lounges on each floor. Staff were friendly. I loved that my room also had a patio -although it was too hot most of the time to enjoy it.
The huge one-foot concrete step up to the bathroom.

- Small room but has everything you need (iron, bottles of water, hairdryer, shampoo, etc.)
- Beautiful design of the room and the building
- The kitchen has everything if you need to cook (includes free tea, coffee, sparking water, cookies, etc.)
- Super comfortable bed (probably the most comfortable we have had in South East Asia)
- You have plenty options of bars and restaurants around
- The floor on the whole room wasn’t clean. We found an amount of dry hair in the shower
- Bathroom is a little small but manageable

Clean quiet room, about 30 minutes walk to the main attractions.
There is a subway line below the street the hotel is on. So, you’ll feel low rumbling noise from the passing trains if you are sensitive to this sort of thing. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but worth knowing.

Clean, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly！
The hotel has a really loud motor noise, maybe from the air conditioner or something. It’s very noisy, even at night when I’m trying to sleep.
Fortunately, I can fall asleep easily, but I imagine some guests might find it hard to accept.

Staff were great, location was fantastic and the room was spotless.
Room was very small and not suitable for 2 people- bed was pushed against the wall making getting in and out difficult.
Bathroom had a 8” step to get in and out of and not very practical for some folks.

The KeSa House is ideally located in an area near Chinatown filled with restaurants and a thriving nightlife. The hotel is a very cozy environment affording excellent amenities including community kitchen. The room was spacious, individual climate controlled and very clean.
We did not have anything to say negatively about the hotel.

Staff were very friendly, location was in the heart of chinatown with close proximity (5-10mins walking distance) to public transport.
Room walls were thin you can hear your neighbors overnight if they are loud…. Kesa House also faces a busy bar that plays loud music, if you are an early sleeper it will be hard to sleep with all the noise (even with earplugs!) However after 12am loud music is ceased
