Well located. Nice 10th floor infinity pool.
Constant drilling from 0900-1900 as property was being reburbished. No prior warning of this or otherwise I wouldn’t have booked. Impossible to do calls from my room. Breakfast was underwhelming. Tired and not much choice with desultory service.

The location where the hotel was situated is close to all the major attractions. Staff is very helpful and respectful.
First it is a small room. There are no space to store or place the luggage’s. Secondly shower heads is inconvenient to use , TV that doesn’t have English channels, sink that is also inconvenient to use ( position wise)

Good location since it's convenient to buses, the MRT, and walkable. We enjoyed the happy hour drinks, access to neighboring restaurants, and friendly and helpful staff. Pretty robes for use in the room and the rooftop pool with views over the city was great!

Had a great stay at Naumi! My room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed and then some (they've really thought of everything you might need).
I loved the rooftop pool with its amazing views – a great getaway from the afternoon heat
The staff was so friendly and kind, I was sad to leave. This applies to everyone from the receptionists to housekeeping to the kitchen staff – everyone always has a smile for you.
Also loved all the quirky artwork in the lobby and throughout the hotel – so nice that they support local artists instead of just going with the generic prints you usually see in hotels.
I'm vegan and was able to find a few options for breakfast although they were a bit basic – mostly fruit and veggies and hash browns, and one day there was a vegan noodle dish. The kitchen staff is well informed on what is vegan and what isn't, which was helpful.
Would have liked to see more vegan options for breakfast, especially considering the price is a bit high for what you get.
All the light switches in the room can get confusing, sometimes involving a lot of running around to figure out how to turn something on or off. Would have preferred a simpler setup.

The location of this hotel is convenient, within walking distance to all of the downtown highlights. Also, easy to get to the subway. The rooftop pool was the bast part of the hotel!

Great location, staff, and thoughtful amenities like free snacks and drinks
A bit tight on space for the price. The shower door also keeps opening by itself when you're showering and water splashes out. The bottom of the shower door also had a lot of black gunk that wasn't cleaned out. Placement of furniture in the room was also a little questionable like no nightstand on one side but that was self resolved

Great location, room was functional but compact. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave access to a meeting room when I needed to take a conf call after check-out.
Breakfast should've been included in the room given the high rate. No common areas other than the rooftop (which is hot and not particularly comfortable to work with. Renovations meant the lobby was full of luggage for storage; nowhere to really sit and catch-up on emails or have a tea.

Great location for a boutique hotel. Compact room with no view to speak of - but very efficient use of space and very comfortable. Lovely outdoor buffet breakfast by the pool which has a spectacular view! the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Naumi Hotel Singapore is a fantastic choice! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from a couple of must-go cocktail bars, adding a vibrant nightlife option. The surrounding area offers an excellent mix of gourmet dining and authentic local eateries, catering to every palate. Its close proximity to the MRT makes exploring Singapore a breeze.
The hospitality here truly shines—big shout out to Thatcha, Francis, JR, and the team for their warm, exceptional service! I’ll definitely return on my next visit.
