The room doesn’t look like 5 stars hotel in my opinion My daughter got sick she couldn’t go down for breakfast but the staff at counter not allowed to bring anything except bread I asked for eggs or something else but not allowed it’s really bad

I like location it has chatter box. About breakfast it’s very good, It has yogurt and many kinds of asean and euroupe food.
The pool is very small and not a good location. But that 1.2 deept is good. Actually I would like to complain about bathroom, it cleans- the staff works very well but I don’t like to have shower in the bath tube. It should separates. And it doesn’t has water spray at the toilet.

The location whilst convenient also lacks a sense of place. The local phone call is very expensive S$6.00 !! Cheaper with my roaming mobile.

The location is perfect for shopping and walking around Orchard Street. The rooms were spacious and the reception staff were friendly. I received an upgrade and early checkin free of charge.
