The price is relatively reasonable. The rooms are clean and the space is well-organized. The location is not bad, and it is located in the middle of 2 roads, so there is a high probability of calling a taxi with only one entrance and the driver getting confused when coming by taxi. However, I personally recommend it as a good choice.
There is a washing machine but no detergent, you need to buy it yourself, there is a kitchen but no salt, you should consider this too. The sofa bed is very old and the mattress has lost its shape, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. There was a bottle of clean water on the first day, but no more water was provided on the cleaning day.

The location was convenient and reasonably accessible.
The water heater in our room was not functioning properly during our two-night stay. Although there was hot water at first, it would quickly turn cold after we had been showering for a short time.
We reported the issue on the first day. At that time, there was no front desk staff available except for a security guard, who said he would arrange for a technician. We were offered a different room that day; however, we were told that we had to check out of that room before 11:00 a.m. before moving. This meant we had to pack our belongings and go up and down between floors, which was very inconvenient.
A technician came the following day and told us that everything was working properly. Despite this, when we showered again, the same problem occurred, the hot water ran out quickly and turned cold. On the second day, we were not offered another room or any alternative solution. Instead, the security guard suggested that we use the showers at the gym, which we found unacceptable given the amount we paid for our stay.
This situation was especially concerning because my father, who is over 70 years old, became ill after being exposed to the cold water.
At checkout, we reported the issue again and requested compensation. Initially, the receptionist denied that there was a problem and claimed that we had not turned on the water heater switch, even though we clearly explained that we had never turned it off. In the end, instead of offering a partial refund or proper compensation, we were given only a courtesy ride.
Considering the high price we paid, this experience was unacceptable and not worth the cost. We are very disappointed and will not be returning.

Overall, it’s well worth it for a family or group trip, with an unbeatable location. There is also a separate washing machine, which is very convenient.
There are some visible signs of wear on the furniture and walls. The bathroom is quite small, and although the shower is separated, water still tends to splash out. The dish drying rack is located inside the cabinet, which makes it difficult for dishes to dry completely. Replacing it with a dish dryer or drying cabinet would be more practical.

Great Location. It is very closed to the Havelock station. Also several markets are in walking distance. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen with kitchenware included. Good service.
Sewage smell in the bathroom. Not enough lighting on the dressing table for putting on makeup. The shower rooms are small.

They combined 3 separate rooms without renovating the space to make sense. Hard to find light switches, tiny bathrooms, old TVs, hdmi ports doesn’t work so can’t connect to outside device. Gym and kids club are really lame, in the gym the main device doesn’t work.
