Wonderful
Location is fantastic. Walking distance to all the good things Sentosa has to offer. Room was spacious for our family with all the basics, 2 tv's , coffee, tea, etc
Breakfast options. Breakfast was good and very good portions, but the fact that you cannot share and you are forced to order 1 set per person makes the experience way more expensive, especially for a family of 4.

We booked one night at the last minute. The price was high for the facilities in the room. Breakfast was not included so cannot comment.
The room was very plain. Didn't like the open corridors which reminded me of a cheap American motel. Only had a shower and prefer bath and shower. Overpriced for what it was. We had book the sofitel for our other 4 nights and that was very nice indeed and we had prebooked that and paid less.

loved that it was super duper near to universal studios. a one minute walk to the tram station, and then its just one stop away. loved it! hotel was super comfortable, clean, staff was really friendly and accommodating. we asked to be checked in slightly early and they obliged fuss free. thank you so much, will definitely consider to repeat our stay.
this is nothing major, just a minor inconvenience. so we came as a large group, booked 3 rooms. but all the 3 rooms were far from each other. maybe a little disclaimer during booking could be great. but no big deal :D

would like to thank the staff member Saif for his service and cooperation.
The sofa bed was spacious enough for two small children to sleep comfortably.
Check-in was at 3 PM due to the room not being ready earlier.
Late check-out was declined, except until 1 PM.
However, I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel and picked it up later before heading to the airport.
The spa was closed throughout my 3-night stay.

Location near to Sentosa attractions.
The facilities are old and poorly maintained, with incomplete amenities that do not justify the high room rates. In-room essentials, such as towels and bathrobes, are worn and even contained holes. Daily housekeeping was consistently subpar; notably, our linens and bedding were not changed for the first three days, and only then after we identified the oversight and specifically requested a replacement.
The room layout is particularly unsuitable for families with teenage children due to a complete lack of privacy. Both the shower and toilet feature see-through glass enclosures. Furthermore, the glass sliding doors between the sofa bed area and the main room have an awkward design that remains transparent, offering no privacy for those using the shower, bathroom, toilet and wardrobe areas. This was compounded by the fact that the door connecting the main room to the sofa bed cannot be locked, and the door from the wardrobe to the bathroom cannot be closed(wide open).
The room's structural integrity is also an issue; .Soundproofing is non-existent, as the walls are thin enough to clearly hear conversations from both the hallways and neighboring rooms. Additionally, prolonged showering causes the bathroom ceiling to leak and the floor to flood. Finally, accessibility is a major concern, as the lack of ramps requires guests to manually lift and carry luggage during checkin/checkout. Ultimately, the service and facilities fall far below acceptable standards, offering very poor value for money.
The only positive aspects of our stay were the hotel’s good location—conveniently situated near all Sentosa attractions—and the helpful, accommodating attitude of the front desk staff, particularly Mr. Donald, who was exceptionally professional.
Unfortunately, these highlights did not compensate for the significant issues we encountered.

Pretty quiet, not crowded.
On our first two days, house keeping didn’t clean our room (we came back to our room at 2.30pm, and 4.00pm)
The bathroom is very poorly designed (no socket in the bathroom for hair dryer, bidet was placed where it was unreachable, bidet was leaking).
Our room window had a tint, so we can’t see anything.
Limited food options near the hotel.

The rooms were very well appointed and exactly or better than the photos suggested. Easy access around the resort and extremely helpful staff.
Restaurant was high quality with great food and friendly, helpful staff and good portions. Good spread of time open so as to accommodate various guests needs
For us, the resort was easy walking distance to the activities we wanted to do, such as Universal studios and the luge
The rooms not being closer together wasn't clearly defined. Saying that, it was only a few minutes walk between buildings which were internally connected.
The breakfast options were great and varied, however, with children, a buffet style enabling more of what the children eat would have been preferred.

Transparent bathroom doors. The facilities were good and clean but wish some sort of breakfast was included in the price. Even if just continental. It was very expensive so had to go out to look for something to eat.
