The cleanliness of our room was severely lacking. Upon entering, there was a noticeable and unpleasant odor. Lastly, our experience at breakfast was also unsatisfactory. We were dismayed to be provided with used cutlery, which is unacceptable under any circumstances for a hotel of your supposed standard.

The pool water was very cold...and the bathrooms have way to many mirrors for my taste... sometimes felt like im in a mirror maze.

Rooms where damp and smelly. We cancelled booking after we tried 4 different rooms but had to stay one night. Staff were very helpful but disapointing quality from Marriott.

The pillows, surprisingly for a 5 star, they were very hard. The large screen at the entry was intense visually. These were why it got a 9 & not a 10.
