overall nice experience
breakfast was fine - They had Indain/Asian counter But I felt the Chapiti/Roti and same with Poori - were hard and not soft
Had requested for king size bed, I think the room had separate bed.

Excellent location. Comfortable room with great bed. Large breakfast buffet.
I had booked a heritage room ( and paid a premium for it) as generally those are the best option in these types of hotels but the room looked out on a rather dreary indoor shopping mall. Fortunately they changed us to a room in the tower which was more modern and comfortable. Also, 5 days later and they have still not released our S$1200 deposit.

Location was superb! Delicious breakfast, large room in heritage wing, elegant lobby lounge, delightful Christmas decorations, accommodating staff.
Would have helped our family of four to have a room with two double beds.

We landed very early in the morning, and for a little extra $$ we were given a room straight away. We could then freshen up and relax before seeing the city. It was a very nice touch. Another up-market hotel could not meet the same request when I was making bookings. The Intercon was flexible, so I booked a room with them. It is a grand, modern and very stylish hotel. The staff were very friendly but professional. The buffet dinner at their restaurant had a great variety of quality ingredient dishes. would definitely stay again.
I cannot fault the place.
