I like the location of the hotel as it's connected to the mall and close the train (5 minute walk) it was really convenient.
Floor arragement. I would highly recommend staying above 7th floor.

it was a nice enough room on the 11th floor if i remember correctly, but I had to pay EXTRA! there was nothing really different from a regular room so I'm not sure why I was charged extra for it.

This hotel is very close to the MRT and bus stop. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. The mall next to the hotel is also very convenient.

You can’t beat the location of the Jen Singapore Tanglin. It’s adjacent to the Orchard Boulevard MRT, directly connected to Tanglin Mall. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff provided us with exceptional service as well. The housekeeping staff and front office staff were excellent too.Overall, we had a really great experience at this hotel.

Location was great and room was clean and comfortable. Pool was very welcome in the Singapore heat. Staff were very helpful.
Nearby Tanglin mall is convenient but quite limited compared to other shopping areas.

This hotel is truly wonderful! The location is super convenient! Close to malls, cafeterias, restaurants, and the MRT. It’s also just one station away from the Botanic Garden, which is a big plus. The staff are very warm and welcoming, always ready to help. I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

Best price to quality ratio we have found in Singapore, stayed 5x in the past 3 months, and everything was ok every time.
The breakfast has its limitations for vegetarians and vegans, but overall can't complain.

Bed was good firm, bathroom was well stocked and the shower floor was good in the sense that it’s not slippery. The staff are quick to respond when housekeeping missed our room for a refresh. Best location for mrt, you wont even get wet crossing the road to mrt station!
The pool may close when raining so set kids’ expectations or plan around the weather if you have a keen swimmer.
