Room was pretty small. With 2 suit cases, not much room to move. Renovations undertaken next door and jack hammer used from 9am so had to get out of the room as couldn't hear each other.

Location. Breakfast consisted of four bain marie, toast and a sweet cake. We had hot water pressure issue first day which was fixed the next day.
Coffee machine has sugar already added to all options. Jacuzzi jets don't work

Breakfast was terrible. Cold stodgy food. No fruit, no pastries, no fresh milk. 30 people trying to cram into a few seats in the reception area. This hotel is not even close to the claimed 4 stars

Was in a convenient location.
Room was tiny. No pool only small jacuzzi. Was overcharged with fees and taxes. Would not go back. Staff were not helpful.

The best thing about the hotel was the location. There was a refrigerator and hotpot in room. There are outlets at head of bed on one side. The receptionist who worked Jan 8th was wonderful. She was helpful and shared information to make our transition out of the city very smooth and easy. Thank you. We were in the new building just two doors down.
Things that made our stay not as comfortable. The room was small not even one stool or chair in room. No place for suitcase. One shared duffle bag will fit on a rack. The aircon turns off at night and it gets too warm. The room was well supplied but there were dust bunnies and hair everywhere.
