I liked where is located and stuff was amazing.
Air condition was really uncomfortable and already informed them but they did nothing ? plus the breakfast wasn’t as i expected i mean for a highly facility like Holiday Inn should be better than this and more multiple choice for example I couldn’t find cheese there which is one of the basic and easy to provide.

The hotel reception is on the 7th floor.and nobody assists from the ground floor and not even available trolley in the ground floor

The breakfast was lavish and my children had a great time feasting on the spread. The rooms were super clean and cozy. Fitted with all things necessary, it was a great stay for us. The staff is friendly and helpful and polite to a fault. Very close to the MRT. Amazing stay.
