First class experience from end to end. Staff were very accommodating and the apartment very spacious, comfortable and well maintained. It was great to have access to the pool, gym and retreat. Would definitely stay again return on future trips to Singapore.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming — from the reception team to the breakfast staff and the cleaning crew. Everyone was helpful and kind throughout our stay. The hotel also has a kids’ zone on the third floor, which my children absolutely loved; they could easily spend 1.5–2 hours a day there playing arcade games and interacting with other children. Another big plus is the convenience of the building itself, as it has a restaurant, a grocery store, and a bakery located on the ground floor.
The booking stated that the apartment could accommodate six people, which I don’t think is accurate. One bedroom had a king-size bed suitable for two people, but the other two bedrooms only fit one person each due to the very small bed sizes. Then, they provided an extra bed and place it in the living, and the sixth person ended up sleeping on the sofa. Additionally, the walls and doors inside the apartment were very thin, so we could hear each other clearly at all times.

Customer service was good, all around. Facilities outside of the room were good. The pool and exercise facilities were also good. The location was great as it was close to FairPrice and across the street from Killiney's and a very short distance away from Orchard Rd (by car).
My only complaints were:
1) the AC in the master bedroom was not working. I tested the AC in that room vs AC in other rooms by setting them all to the same 18 degrees, and I had feedback from the other 2 people staying with me, as well as two other guests that came to visit, and everyone, including myself, could tell the AC was not working in the master bedroom. I raised this complaint and while a maintenance guy came, it was not addressed or fixed. The maintenance guy said it was working by using a temperature gauge, but the fact remains that the room's temperature remained high.
2) My other complaint is that something in the kitchen was not working. It was likely the plumbing. There was a bad smell that persisted. I avoided it by staying away from the kitchen. But, it was an issue throughout my entire stay.
Generally, the service was good. But, the plumbing and the AC in the room was not working.

We liked that the room was serviced everyday. Room was clean quiet and comfortable.
Kids enjoyed the pool and the games room. Free Breakfast on the last night was a nice touch.
Washer and dryer in room was great. Bus is conveniently out the front and very easy to use. Train is within walking distance. Small supermarket, cafe and restaurants all within the same complex.
Kitchen would benefit from a Microwave.

the staff were amazing. our 1 year old got very sick when we were in singapore and the staff went the extra mile. they helped contact hospitals and doctors for us and arranged transportation. when we returned back from the hospital, they came upstairs to check on us. the cleaning staff/housemaid was also so kind - she was so hardworking and concerned about our little boy. the staff were too good to be true, thank you so much!
in addition, the layout of the apartment was great, it felt like home. the balcony was very spacious and the kitchen was so clean. bed was very comfortable too!

Price range for that kind of apartment was a bit too high. We stay a lot in GCC areas where the the accommodation is far more stylish but prices are very reasonable

Wonderful
The employees were terrific and the location was very good for us. It was close to a lot of things and we walked and took mass transit almost everywhere. It was very accessible but not right in the heart of a loud district. The layout of the flat suited us well and we used the pool and the exercise facilities frequently as well as occasionally the sauna.
I have no complaints.

They upgraded us to a 3 bedroom which was fantastic. The aircon was nice and cold which was great getting back from exploring in the Singapore heat. Kids loved the pool and all the staff were great. Gym and sauna facilities were also great. Really good position with bus stop right out the front and 10 min walk to MRT. Also it was great to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
We unknowingly booked when the Formula 1 GP was on which meant prices for accommodation was expensive as were all places around that time. But we loved staying there and would stay there again - just not when

We stayed here for a week using the booking.com app.
We went to Singapore for medical reasons and vacation, bringing my two children with us. Upon arrival, we were quite pleased. Check-in was quick and we were given a free room upgrade, from our original two-bedroom to a three-bedroom.As soon as we entered the room, we immediately fell in love with it because of its modern, bright interior design, and of course, the cool air conditioning (even though it was quite hot outside).
The kids loved it right away.The kitchen equipment was complete enough for us for a week. We were also happy to have tap water that already had a filter, so we didn't have to buy a lot of drinking water. Our child's favorite thing was the swimming pool; almost every day, our child asked to swim. Hot weather, clean pool, perfect.
at night, there is often the sound of footsteps / moving things right above our room.and there is 1 bedroom that smells a bit musty, but it is still acceptable

Quiet neighbourhood with a proper supermarket and restaurants in the same building.
When we checked in, facilities in the room were not working 100% such as coffee maker. They eventually got everything in order and no problem the rest of the stay. Step down from the room to the hallway. Strange and you can actually fall if you are absent minded when you step out of the room.
