Room was comfortable and larger than expected. Location was close to railway. Breakfast was included and so good value for money. The sauna and steam room work very well and the pool was lovely.

The location was excellent. Breakfast was very good Staff were very pleasant. Somehow they knew I had a birthday while I was there and gave me a lovely boxed cake with a candle & allsupermarket across the riad. Plenty of restaurants handy and station easy walking distance.
The kitchen plugs were in a very awkward place and hard to reach which made it difficult to boil the jug, use the toaster etc

We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place at Roberson Walk. The room looks a bit old fashioned but it was spacious with lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine/dryer. We booked a two bedrooms service apartment and it was perfect for us. Only wish they would provide smart tv that can play Netflix etc. Luckily we always travel with HDMI cable and we can connect our laptop to the TV to watch anything we have on our laptop. The cleaner came to clean up your room everyday. The concierge was very helpful, they allowed me to made my online shopping to be delivered to the address and they would send it to our room. Not to mentioned how they were so so helpful with our suitcases. Its a service apartment with full hotel service. And its in the best location, walking distance to a lot of wonderful bar and restaurants. Walking distance to Clarke Quay (or even Boat Quay if you like to walk). They also have a good gym that open 24 hours with barbell, lots of dumbbells and some weight and cardio machines.
What I wish they could improve in variety of the breakfast, it was not bad but could definitely be improved. And I wish that they would provide shower gel/shampoo in a refillable container rather than small disposable plastic bottles. And upgrade tv to smart tv would be great.

Very kid / family friendly, being above a restaurant hub was very convenient with young kids, where you want to eat out but not travel far with tired kids at night. Convenient to a super market and MRT. Kid friendly pool, small playground, limited buffet breakfast options, but great little Toy room off breakfast suitable for young kids. Would recommend for families looking for apartment style accommodation (we stayed in a 3 bed apartment)
It is somewhat dated, but the facilities are great overall for families.

The customer service, welcome basket, beds, kitchen, laundry, breakfast, location, convenience to shops and key areas, free shuttle service to key places.
Almost every night, the place nearby crank up their karaoke/announcements till close to 10pm. That was a little annoying.

Room was spacious, big living area and kitchen with everything one needs, including a washer/drier combo. Location is perfect, so many bars and restaurants in just minutes, close to a supermarket, Clarke Quay and even play area in the courtyard for little ones.
The size of the room was large, but the size of the bathroom was very small, the door opens into the bathroom, and one has to squeeze in to get to the toilet behind the door. A simple solution would be replacing door to open out not into the bathroom :)

We liked the location, close to the MRT, close to the food shopping. It was nice that we had lots of space in our apartment, and the kids loved the swimming pool.
It was expensive, but it was the school holidays.

Strategically ideal location, 5 min walk to Blue line Fort Cannon MRT, UE square bus station, 8 min to Violet line Clarke Quay, 15 min walk to Chinatown. Beautiful, charming interior The promenade on the 3rd floor and the abundance of the restaurants around charming courtyard with a fountain Excellent breakfast Spacious rooms, with two toilet/shower units, 4 A/C systems, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine etc... Courteous and friendly staff Excellent room service
These are minor points which barely affected the great fun we had: 1. The beds were great, but if you are used to low pillows, there might be a problem. 2. Out of all the luxuries in the appartment, somehow the water flow in both shower cabins was very slow. It was surprising because there are so many cheap ways to save on water without compromising the quality of "feeling the water".
