Clean, nice staff, isolated pods, place to store luggage and very convenient!
Throw up in the shower one morning, but it was cleaned by nighttime so it was not really an issue.

affordable hostel, clean and tidy. cool aircon in the dorms at night. comfy bed pods. safe environment. good wifi. kitchen at ground floor with water, tea, etc...
tv with netflix account.
negatives: complicated check-in process after 6pm. very tiny sink in all bathrooms, annoyingly small (child size). dorms get stinky. too many instructions about everything everywhere.

Pros:
- Staff. Racheal and Joey are absolutely lovely and always go out of their way to help. Outstanding ambassadors for Singapore!
- Clean, quiet dorms. Secure building.
- Excellent wifi and always good water pressure in showers.
- Nice location close to transit and lots of tasty eateries.
- Good value in a very expensive city.
Cons:
- Inside the pod is extremely hot when the privacy curtain is closed. Asked for a fan but was told to just adjust the one on the floor in the room to face my bunk. That lasted about 15min before my grumpy roommate turned the fan back to its original position.
- Breakfast is very basic, and the coffee bags are very messy.
- Sinks in washrooms are comically small. Water splashes all over you and the floor.
- No paper towels or hand towels in washroom. Have to use toilet paper or your own clothes to dry your hands.
- As other reviewers have already stated, there is an older Asian man by the name of David who is apparently a “long-term resident” of the hostel. He usually hangs out in the common area with his laptop. He can be very rude and likes to try and bully other guests. I suspect he has mental health problems. Beware of this individual and tell staff immediately if he makes you uncomfortable in anyway. Not sure why they allow such an angry, troubled person to reside in the building, but it is a bad impression for Dream Lodge and for beautiful Singapore.

Dream Lodge is great. It is close to the metro and bus stops. The place is very clean and the wifi is excellent. . The staff was helpful and friendly. It was also very quiet for a dormitory. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms were kept at the perfect temperature. They have lockers for your belongings, and I could fit my 80litre backpack as well as my 13litre day pack in the locker. The shower was amazing, and the bathrooms were kept very clean.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Easy 24 hour access to the hostel.
Many guest ignored the no shoe in doors rule. They use their flip fops in the bath rooms and walk inside the dormitory room with wet footwear. The management need to keep monitoring this situation to keep the floors clean and dry.

Great sleeping pods, everything was super clean and the staff (family I think) were super nice and accommodating especially when I had to check in at 01:00
If I had to nitpick there wasn't a big common area and the breakfast was pretty basic but still good

For a room with 10 beds, it does not seem as that crowded.
Too expensive, but then again Singapore is one of the most expensive cities in the world.
You don't get much for breakfast, just some bread and spreadables.
