Location is very good. Above the One North metro and close to INSEAD.
Access from inside the mall is one positive.
I stayed here previously. But the room allotted to me this time had a hard bed mattress. Otherwise the stay was good.

Location, lots of shops and restaurants. Close to the university and the hospital and the park. However, far away from shopping and downtown. Accessable to Subway station.
The bed, outdated furniture and kitchen ware.
Very smal room up and down. Couch down is very small.

- nice and modern decor
- housekeeping was exceptional
- the outdoor gym concept is good
- lots of good food around the area with some until late night
- supermarket directly downstairs
- usually quiet with the exception that there were some construction going on during my stay so there was the occasional hacking

Very spacious unit, friendly staff, comfortable bed, electric blinds upstairs, balcony, washer/dryer, provided a cot and baby chair for us

Washing machine and clothes washing soap a nice touch
Filtered water stations were useful.
Rude staff at check in
Mis communication at booking about having rollaway bed for our child. Then to be told we had to pay $90 per night for this! We refused and she ended having to sleep on something barely passable as a couch.
