The location, the room was big and comfortable, the general facilities were very good, the staff was very polite with minor exceptions.
My room smelled humidity. And also the air conditioning was very loud. The room service personnel inadequate.

The after-checkout service is unbeatable, with the access to shower is really nice especially we had the night flight and after spending the day out and coming back to the hotel to pick up the luggages, we were already so sweaty. So being able to take a shower before leaving is really a big plus!
The sudden morning announcement on the speaker in the room even tho it was already 10 or 10.30am but my baby was still sleeping so it’s a bit annoying.

Location was awesome. Rooms big and luxurious bed. Bathroom was very good.
Our stuff up of having rooms on different floors and the Carlton having a good key system meant you couldn't go to a floor different to your room. We just met on the ground floor. If more than 1 room make sure on same floor

Was really disappointed to be shoved into the 'old' hotel considering the $300 per night price. The location is great but the 'old' hotel is nothing like the new one. No choice was provided as to the hotel preference. I would not stay again unless it is the new hotel. Bed was fine, facilities fine, staff were ok but not overly friendly or welcoming. Have stayed here before in the new hotel and was a much better experience.
Should have been given option of staying in new hotel section.

Excellent location, great rooms and location.
The staff was extremely strict and would not allow us to check in any earlier than 3 o'clock even though it was not busy and they could have if they wanted to. We sat in the lobby for 3 hours, we were not happy. Would ask management to look into this.

It is well located and I appreciate that every day, even if I got up and walked off late, they actually cleaned my room and refilled all the services. Room service was good. Staff helped us to get taxi really quickly.

With a nearby metro hub, guests have easy access to various attractions across the city. Guests are greeted by a friendly and helpful staff who strive to make the stay comfortable. It is important to remember to present a credit card during the check-in process to cover any additional expenses. For example, ordering items like a Perrier during breakfast without a wallet may result in some unexpected troubles with the staff. Breakfast is served as a buffet, featuring a wide variety of choices to satisfy diverse tastes and preferences. This ensures that every guest can find something enjoyable to start their day. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing environment. Housekeeping services are thorough and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay. The hotel bar is a pleasant spot to unwind; however, guests should be aware of its operating hours, as it may close unexpectedly. Additionally, due to local laws, purchasing beverages from stores becomes impossible after 10:30 PM, which may affect evening plans.
During our stay, we occupied two rooms. One of the rooms, which was assigned to our friends, was situated next to the service elevators. Unfortunately, this location led to some disturbances at night, as noise from the elevators caused inconvenience and disrupted their rest. Other than that, we do not have any further remarks to add regarding our experience.
