Very good location to Orchard Singapore area. Rooms were spacious compared to average Singapore rooms.
Notice wrong with room. Other than maybe some more storage space/utensils for cleaning.

Location is great, links through to Paragon onto Orchard road.
We didn't realise that the bathroom/toilet was somewhat see-through from the bedroom. Whilst this may be great for 'some' couples, it may not be great for families and or friends/colleagues travelling together.

Great location, very clean and great for families. Staff were also very attentive. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite when we arrived which was a nice bonus. The mini kitchen was very useful as I am travelling with a toddler. We also loved the swimming pool.
It would be great if the kitchen had a microwave. I was also having some issues with the dryer function in the washing machine as the water kept pooling inside.

Great location. All the staff we met were very helpful. Close to shopping, MRT, restaurants and grocery.
The washer dryer took a long time to finish. We just came from an 18 day cruise and we had to do laundry. Also the AC is a bit loud so we just turned it off.

This is my second time to stay at Ascott. Feels like having your own home in Singapore. Housekeeping was excellent. I would always come back to a bed with nice crisp sheets. Plenty of restaurants at the Paragon mall that’s connected to the Ascott. Supermarket is also close by.
Didn’t get any freebies this time upon check in. Is it because I used a 3rd party website? I noticed the difference in attitude of the front desk personnel upon checking me in. I just came from Ascott Bonifacio Global City in the Philippines before coming to Singapore.

Centrally located on Orchard Road, with a very easy access to Paragon Mall. But at the same time the location is also peaceful with the main entrance away from the busy road. The space of the apartment was also very comfortable. The staff were amazing - we had forgotten the medicines in the refrigerator and only realized after we left Singapore. The staff ensured that the medicines were stored safely until we arranged a friend to pick it from the property. Super helpful and excellent coordination.

The space are really nice. Modern design. It check almost what we need, washing machine, kitchen with stove, two bedroom and two bath.

Staff - the staff was really accommodating. We apparently booked the wrong room as the room has no washer/dryer. Asked the staff for an upgrade and it was kind of cheap to upgrade and we got a room twice the size of our original one plus the washer/dryer needed. Location - this is just 5 mins walk from the MRT and bus stops which is really good. The expressway is also accessible. There is a bridge (more like a small maze) to Paragon mall - so if you like luxury stuff, that's a good shortcut. But, that bridge is also a good shortcut to the malls on Orchard station side (Takashimaya, ION)
Booking.com listing - I originally thought that the room we booked has washing machine but seems that this depends on the room you booked. Housekeeping - this will take time. Even though you asked for someone to makeup room, it will still take time to be cleaned.
