The location was fantastic. The breakfast buffet over the top and the staff very polite and pleasant.
The servicing of the room was below expectations. We had to call down for service as we left for dinner and I did not appear they cleaned the bathroom. The “included” refreshment station was not restocked daily as was promised

The different layout of the room made it unique, but I wish there was more space in the bathroom for clothes or small luggage instead of having to go to the other end for them.
The bathroom had no ventilation and the windows couldn’t be opened, leaving no way to air it out. The smell went straight into the bedroom, making the stay less enjoyable, and the bathroom lock was broken too. For a hotel of this stature, overlooking something as basic as ventilation feels like a design irony

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are modern and very well decorated, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The minibar is free, one time, and my kids loved this. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very attentive. But the best feature is the rooftop bar. Wow, what a sight to enjoy a gorgeous Singapore sunset. Magical!
When we checked out we left our luggage to be stored at the lobby, which is located on the 25th floor, but nobody told us that pickup was on Level 2. It would have been nice to know…

Brilliant location right above the Bugis Street MRT Station and within walking distance to Arab Street and Little India. Beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities and a rooftop bar/ restaurant with spectacular views. Super comfortable bed and modern amenities. Would stay again for sure.

Designer hotel overseeing the city. Room was spacious (more than I expected), clean and well isolated. The swimming pool was a gem and not too crowder. Staff were attentive and helpful.
Only some construction around the building but that is temporary and would not impact my decision about coming back there. :)
