A lovely Jugend building with beautiful architecture, facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, high ceilings and coffee on tap! Will definitely be back and recommend to colleagues and friends.
Not the hotels fault but being an old building avoid +30C (highly unusually hot) as that’s uncomfortable.

Location.
The hotel is not accessible. There is no lift, there are no automatic door openers. The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible. The staff didn't try to help. Expensive for quality of room and service.

Beautiful old building. Good base for walking to attractions. Convenient stroll along waterfront to museums which was great to do after the long flight to Stockholm. Also could walk to Gamla Stan to see the Palace and old town bars and shops.

CARINA was incredibly helpful!!! The breakfast was AMAZING!! The rooms are sweet, quiet and comfortable and the bathroom renovations are phenomenal—best shower ever!! So conveniently located. All the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you!!

The hotel is the definition of quality over quantity. The common spaces are super welcoming and well appointed, the room is cozy and chic, and the staff very pleasant.

Exceptionally welcoming staff. Really personal and friendly experience - and not just for welcome, throughout the stay. Location is amazing; handy for everything. Shame of course about the nighttime boyracers but that's a city issue, not a hotel problem. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Quaint, old-fashioned but all in working condition Lovely to have access to a small balcony. Not sure how aircon would cope with (even) higher temperatures but not an issue for us, even at 30c. Wonderful breakfast, fresh, diverse and richly replenished. And super impressed with the common spaces - it's not often that hotel common spaces actually invite you to spend time rather than in your own room but here they did. Lovely touch to give access to coffee throughout the day.
Bathroom was very small indeed. Nice, perfectly functional but somewhat tricky to turn inside the room. The main road (Strandvägen) is unfortunately very popular with nighttime boy racers who use it to show off their tuned and very noisy cars. But that's a city challenge to solve, nothing to do with the hotel.
