The style and furnishings of the hotel are lovely - it felt like a boutique with lots of history. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast!
If you are a light sleeper maybe don’t get a room overlooking the water. There was overnight road noise and construction somewhere nearby that woke us up often.

The hotel location: on the waterfront and equidistant from the museums on Djurgarden and the old town, Gamla Stan. The Art nouveau style of the exterior and interior.

We stayed at the property on two occasions, a one-night stay followed by a three night’s stay after being away one night. The first time was fine, however the second time around the cost was about four times per night the cost of the first stay for a room that was marginally / fractionally larger. I enquired as there was another room just beside ours that was hugely bigger and it went for just USD 10 more than the room we were in the second time. The property should seriously review their pricing structure. I get it that we were in down-town Stockholm and so should expect it to be expensive. In the end though I felt gouged. Pierre Crevier

Very cozy hotel. the breakfast was lovely. Good ambiance. The room, although very very small, had a balcony and was clean and comfortable. We had a view of the water. The location is phenomenal.
The price feels exaggerated for what you get, but that+s just Stockholm, I guess. The TV channels did not work during the world cup.
