Super friendly and kind staff. Really good breakfast. Good location.
The location of our room was an absolutely nightmare. I've stayed in many hundreds of hotels in my life all across the world and no room has been worse than this. There was not one but two bars- both stayed open late - adjacent to our room. The first one was right below our room, that bar played their music so loud at night you could feel the vibrations iin the room. The second was right outside our windows, in the outdoor courtyard of the building. If you open the window, you can literally reach out and touch people's heads who are sitting at the restaurant. That restaurant/bar also plays loud music. Imagine using the toilet where there is a person sitting at a table 1/2 a meter outside the bathroom window. It was hot outside while we were there, so I couldn't even open the windows because then I'd become of part of the conversation at the table right out the window. I've never seen anything like this before, so I included two photos from our window.

The staff at the reception and the bar was exceptional. They made me feel included, given I was a solo traveler who doesnt speak swedish. Specifically, Robel, Agnes, Eddie and Fabian. Superb crew!

The room was good, though quite small, as was the bathroom. The shower water was also a little cold. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful, especially Javier, who was a nice guy. The location is excellent—it's close to everything, with great restaurants and 7-Elevens nearby.

Located in an affluent area of Stockholm, some great bars and restaurants nearby.
Very good breakfast for guests.
In-house bar and food are both of a good standard with many outside quests visiting.
Little on the expensive side but normal for Stockholm I feel.
No air conditioning which wasn’t made clear at the time of booking. Fan provided but was still quite warm

Great location, near Tunnelbann, ferries, tram, etc. Easy access to popular destinations in Stockholm. Very good breakfast included in room rate.
No AC or AC didn’t work. I understand that many European hotels do not have AC, but our room had a vent and the dining room had air vents, so either it was just for ventilation or it didn’t work. Due to the lack of AC our room averaged about 80+ degrees F even with the fan provided and windows wide open. Our windows overlooked a courtyard that contained a bar, so bar noise, music, talking, etc. was frequently an issue. They did shut the music off at 11 and had most of the bar folk kicked out by midnight. Also, room was very small; again, quite familiar with European hotel rooms, but this was a queen size bed stuffed in a double room, with about 2 feet around each side of the bed, no place to open luggage except on the bed. Between the heat, noise, and general stuffiness of the room, our sleep was not great.

Amazing staff! Funky decor, huge room, comfy bed, modern bathrooms, included generous breakfast offerings. Location can't be beaten, near top notch shopping and restaraunts and walkable to port and Gamla Stan. Loved our stay.
