Localisation, it was clean.
The room wasn’t particularly comfortable. It was a bit cold, and the duvet provided wasn’t warm enough or quite long enough for two people. There was also no wardrobe to hang clothes, just a few hangers in a corner.
The staff were friendly, but communication was a bit frustrating. I received different answers by email when asking to stay in the same room across two separate bookings, and I had to explain the situation again at check-in. Despite that, one expense was still charged to the wrong booking, and our room keys stopped working between bookings.

I loved the location .Very central although on the weekend ,there was a lot of noise due to the proximity of bars and restaurants in the vicinity .
The hotel bar had friendly staff ,but very strange opening times .All the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly
Breakfast room was good with good choices available .
My "double" room was very small with the bed pushed up against the wall and no space for a bedside table and no plug socket next to the bed .
The corridors were very dark

The hotel is in a great, very central location. Very comfortable bed!
The restaurant was excellent! The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
- I would have chosen a bigger room
- However, it can be noisy at night, especially at weekends, so that’s something to keep in mind if you value a quiet night’s sleep. For me, though, it wouldn’t be a dealbreaker.

The room and bathroom we had were a decent size. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection. The hotel is centrally located and in easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and the metro.
The bed was comfy and there were tea & coffee making facilities.
The reception is very small and jaded, not a good first impression. The staff do a great job in the cramped conditions.
The automated voice in the lift announced ‘the bar was on the left’ every time you went down in the lift. They also gave you a K100 credit voucher to spend at the bar on arrival. The hotel is really pushing the alcohol. I don’t know if the bar is new but it was also usually empty.

Clean and perfectly located. I had a very bad flight delay and needed a very late check-in, I emailed the staff and they waited for me for the late checkin without issues. Extremely polite and helpful. The cleanliness is impeccable, the toiletries are Growth Archemist, fantastic! Room was cozy. Breakfast was good, good variety and fresh pancakes one day! The location is perfect, I used to live in Stockholm and know the city well, this hotel allows you to walk everywhere :)
The only thing I’d suggest is getting a second elevator. There was only one elevator available so sometimes you have to wait for it for a bit.

Great location, handy for everything. Local area has bars and restaurants galore. Room great, funky decor, great bar, nice breakfast, deal with good local gym... pretty much a 10. Would stay again without any doubt.
