Exceptional
It's a beautiful antique place in the middle of the city, located close to the lake and Karolinska University Hospital. Rooms are clean and spacious, renovated bathrooms, restaurant is the best- loved both breakfast (you get even salmon) and dinner. I have already been staying here few times and will definitely come back.

our original room was cold so we asked to be moved. The staff were very helpful and moved us straight away. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly.

The lake is very beautiful and the square inside is very cozy.
View was ruined by a huge construction site around, and it's also hard to get to the hotel because of it.
It's also about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station.

The room was very unique and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic! There were so many options at the breakfast buffet that it was almost impossible to choose between them. I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was very nice
There was construction work going on in the room next to ours from 7:00 AM, and it was loud enough that we were effectively exiled from our room during the day. When we asked staff (multiple times) for a resolution to this, they basically said “awww, that’s too bad, let me see what I can do”. The hotel was nowhere near full, so they could have placed us elsewhere but chose not to. Furthermore, the temperature in the room was a stifling 26°C, per our baby monitor. This was in November/December. When we asked the staff (multiple times) for a resolution to this, they basically said “awww that’s too bad, can you just open the window?” (We did, it was 26°C _with_ the windows open). Lastly, the wifi didn’t work, but since it was not possible to stay in the room during the day due to the noise from the construction, I couldn’t work from the room anyway.

A very charming hotel, well managed and great location
The hotel is located a bit further from the city, but it is not a disadvantage as you have the park and lake nearby.

Wonderful
It is nice old-fasion hotel, is good for romantic stay. Free parking 20 minutes by walk to the main street.
Unfortunately hotel is closed to high-way, if you want to have a room with windows turn to the park or inner yard you should pay additiinaly for "raising" standard. But hte room is the same as for the standard. The room itself not so big, though cozy.
It is only few child beds, and one have reserve it previousely as also to rise a standard of the room, means, additionaly pay.

Historical location with a modern touch located by the lake and surrounded with nature. Great restaurant, breakfast and room service included. What more would you need?
The lake garden was in renovation which felt like missing out on a big portion of the hotel charm.

Overall breakfast experience could be improved. For example in three days everyday the coffee and milk ran out and had to remind the staff for refills.

The rooms intentionally keep an old-fashioned style with old furniture, but the garden view pays it off. At least the rooms with garden view are quiet (except for a central AC ventilator on the roof which can be heard during the night if the windows are left open).
The breakfast does not meet Swedish standards and the 4-star hotel standards in general (no herring, no horseradish, no fried eggs, no quality honey/jam). I also find the breakfast opening at 7:30 on weekends rather late.

Beautiful and stylish hotel. The restaurant is excellent, the breakfast lovely and the surrounding park really worth a visit
The hotel had construction work taking place. This effected the views and external ambiance. It is also next to busy major roads.

I am very disappointed with what happened just after my checkout on Tuesday 25th at 6h45 am.
I couldn’t stay for my breakfast because I have to reach the airport early for my travel back to France.
I just ask for a croissant with my coffee at the bar and it was denied to me because breakfast open at 7:00.
I remind you that my breakfast was included and was paied.
Not really nice.
