The location of the hotel is perfect, 15 minutes walk from Gamla Stan and 7-8 minutes walk from the train and tram station.
The staff is super friendly.
The bed is comfortable.
The wifi works perfectly.
On the ground floor they sell 24/7 coffee and snacks.
They don't change the towels and there is no closet. There is a bar for clothes hangers up and beside the bed, and a small drawer underneath the bed. I didn't have lots of clothes, so for me this was bot a problem.

Close to central station and lots of good places to go to around. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, no noice from the street. Super friendly staff!
The towels and the carpet were stained. Overall it was still a good experience.

Good location.
Name should be changed to "Scandic Go Away". I've been to many budget hotels in Amsterdam, Munich, Venice, Prague, Budapest etc (as well as in East Asia), but I have never had a more cramped and uncomfortable room. The beds are very high and the small tables very low, so you can't use them.
Cleanliness: Everything looks fine at first sight, but the top of the rain shower has not been cleaned for months. See photo.

Very small room. Had free washing facilities for clothes. Location was ok but about 20 min walk to old town. Bus/train station closer walk. We were able to walk to Haga Parkrun in 30 mins.
Room was tiny and nowhere to put bags without tripping over them. No seat or desk, only a bed. Very basic hotel with no fridge.

Friendly staff and clean room.
The mattress was very soft, and since I have back problems, I had trouble sleeping. Also, we found the room lighting a bit dim. Finally, it would have been great to have a kettle in the room.

The staff were really kind and helpful, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The 12pm checkout time was also a bonus, as it’s later than at most hotels. The price was reasonable for the area. Although the room was quite small, it made good use of the space with drawers under the bed and plenty of wall hooks, which were really useful. It would have been nice to have a desk or chair though, so we didn’t have to sit on the bed all the time.
The TV didn’t have any channels or built-in apps and could only be used for streaming and screen sharing from a phone. This might be confusing for some guests, so it would have been nice to have some basic channels or apps available directly on the TV.
