Being close to Train n bus station
Family room extra bed quality was very poor. It was just a make-shift arrangement. For cleaning the room the gust has to request. It’s not automatic like other 4 star hotels

The breakfast was very good by European standards. Although the hotel is located outside the city center, the train station is only a 5minutes walk away, and from there it takes just 10–15 minutes to reach the city center. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I also appreciated the child-friendly area and games in the lobby, which make the hotel a great choice for families.Overall, it is basic but offers good value for money.
The only improvement I would suggest is adding a refrigerator to all rooms. I believe some rooms already have one, but nowadays a refrigerator is no longer a luxury, it is a standard amenity that guests expect. Providing one in every room would further enhance the overall guest experience.

- No A/C (room was very uncomfortable). - Room wasn’t clean nor maintained (dirty/stained chairs, dirty tv remotes, mini fridge was filthy, water kettle was dirty, broken body wash holder, etc.) - No room service. - Limited breakfast hours.

The breakfast is so good! Lots of choices and very unique from other hotel provided breakfast. Bed and bathroom are huge and with pretty cute balcony. The lobby is scented which I like.
