I liked that they accommodated me. I made a special request a few days before and it was available in my room upon check in. The staff was friendly and took care of us as soon as we got there. Thank you!
It was a little bit of a walk from the subway station (about 5-8 minutes), especially when one couldn't cut through the mall after it was closed, but it wasn't too bad. It's nice that it's so close to the mall as there are places to eat and shop at.

The Scandic Hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the metro and bus stations, making it easy to travel around the city.
Please ensure that cars are not parked in front of the hotel entrance. All vehicles should be directed to the designated parking area behind the hotel.

Nice and clean
That I’m staying in the hotel and still have to pay for parking. Plus I had a problem to access the parking EVERYDAY. I had to walk out in the cold and ask them to open the gate for me. It was too much because I had hard time walking

It was not in a very busy place, the beds were good, and the room was quiet and clean, and very close to Skärholmen metro sat.
The hotel was not in a good location, very far from downtown, and there was no good restaurant around. The hotel had not room service, they didn’t clean the rooms every day and just by booking! And the room was very small.

This is a high standard hotel , with friendly staff at a price which is very acceptable for Stockholm.
The distance from the airport is quite far and the taxi ride is expensive at slightly over 1000 Swedish Kroner per ride. There is the option of the train but from Arlanda international airport , it is a bit complicated overall as there is a changeover in Gamla Stan and can consume a fair ammount of time .

Good location, near to the Skarholmen Mall. Plenty of shops, convenience store and restaurants.
Wish there were a small fridge and coffee facilities in the room.

The staff were super friendly, reception helped me.
The room light and some parts of the breakfast were really good.
The price of parking and the parking lot were so satisfying.
The room was in the corner so it was smaller than other rooms I've seen there. It caused me a little problem because of my cat I needed a little more space. There was no makeup board for women and one of the towels was dirty so I needed to change it.
There was no refrigerator in the room and the air conditioner was central, The only option we had was opening the window and because of the location, it was a little noisy for us specifically at nights.
Breakfast was good but not like the other 4-star hotels I've been to before. The variety of juices and their taste were a little old, only one sort of fresh cheese and we didn't have that many choices in breads. Drink prices were a little higher than other places, So my recommendation is to buy it from the city or stores.
